1. Dress collections are good and pretty. Show room display and other settings are good. We will have a different feel comparing to other dress showrooms. They are cleaning the floor and cashier counter’s frequently.But show room has displayed clearance and low price which is not fit for the dress. Also this show room is bit costly comparing to other show room. You have to pay a minimum of 10$ for purchasing a dress. Try this show room if you have enough money…

2. I will never shop here again not only do the workers never speak to Black people they show racial discrimination in the way they set up their display! I walked past several workers and neither of them said a word to me! As soon as a white couple walked by these women spoke with so much delight! I absolutely Hate that store even management won’t greet you or say Have a nice day! I will be contacting someone about this matter! Kohls Valley Ranch location in Irving, Texas! Please see photo below! All of the “precious few” Black Barbies are at the very bottom with the white Barbie’s placed all at the top! Who made this decision???? This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!!!!!!

I’ve been able to find both trendy and classic pieces at Kohl’s, and their selection of sizes and styles is impressive. The store is well-organized, and I’ve never had trouble finding what I’m looking for.

   Another great thing about Kohl’s is their frequent sales and discounts. They have a rewards program that offers discounts and cash back on purchases, and they often have sales and coupon codes available. I’ve saved a lot of money by shopping during these promotions, and I appreciate that Kohl’s makes it easy to find and use these discounts.

4. Kohls Irving is the best, I didn’t bother going to the Grand Prairie store while looking for graduation outfit for my 5th grader, last time I was in the GP store they literally had nothing for young boys. I went straight to irving and they didn’t disappoint. Kudos to the people at this store. I am pleased, Grand Prairie needs to do better sheesh

5. This store does not even know the company return policy. Went to return some product at the sephora at kohls with the receipt that state 60 day return policy but was told multiple times that they couldn’t return it because the return policy is 30 days.

   Called customer service and they told me the policy was 60 days. Do not go to this store, they have no idea about their own store policies.
