  1. Staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The puppy working there is a sweet angel and should get a raise. It’s a small store but it carries a decent amount of everything and even has a paint center!

  2. This place has a lot more than I expected. It’s like walking into a magical tool realm where all my tool needs are met. Paint, chains.. lubricant of many kinds. Nuts, bolts and some more stuff I haven’t found yet. Or even knew existed. The people are always helpful when I am in need.

  4. I bought a water pump that was Ace brand and came with a year warranty about 6 months ago, it failed. So called Ace Corp. and inquired how I get the warranty replacement and was informed just to exchange it at the store I purchased it from. So I gather receipt an pump and go to the local store I always shop at and where i purchase this pump. The clerk asked if I had other shopping, and I said yes, the clerk told me to just leave it there with him. So I round up the things I needed and grabbed a replacement pump, I set my items on the counter, and the clerk rings me up for my items and the pump I picked up for replacement. I said to him this pump is a warranty replacement and he calls the asst manager, he informs me he can’t take it back. I said why? He tells me the owner won’t take back pumps. I asked well why not it says year warranty on the box, and corporate said to bring it here for exchange. The asst manager said he doesn’t know why and can’t take it back. I asked if he could call his higher up, and he says, “Oh no, no, I can’t call the owner, and he went home at 4. I said, “Is there a number or option where I can get this pump replaced under said warranty, and he informed me he had no idea. I said well you should put a big sign up that you won’t honor the Ace brand warranties stated with there product. Maybe even stop stocking the brand altogether if the store isn’t going to back up the product with its written warranty. I believe this is consumer fraud if I’m not mistaken neededless to say, but I will be taking the 1000s of dollars I spend here to Home Depot as I am disappointed that such a situation happened here. I understand returning items aimlessly from customers who fraud things are a problem, but this was a simple warranty exchange that the owner would have been reimbursed for.

    If you don’t want to go to Lowe’s or home Depot this is a great place to go. The workers are knowledgeable friendly and they have a rich supply of all kinds of things. Much easier than Lowe’s or home Depot. Yes Ace is your friendly hardware guy.

    This is a fairly large store and you would have no idea just by judging outside premise it has a second layer inside toward back that leads to an upper level by no more than 6 stair steps. Service was great we were greeted right when we walked in door and offered assistance from another employee while roaming around. Of course we needed to be directed the right way! Very vast and many product options for your every need. Parking area isn’t very large and you will have to enter and exit onto a very busy intersection that is only one way

    I go to this store almost 5 days a week for materials for my job. They have everything I need and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Lacie always greets you with a smile and helps you find the best deal.

    Extremely helpful staff and a great selection of hardware. I think this is the best hardware store I have ever seen. You don’t have to ask for help because an associate will volunteer to assist you soon after you walk in the store. I have shopped here several times and, after experiencing service at other hardware stores (including ACE Hardware), I will go out of my way to shop at Broadway ACE Hardware rather than go to a hardware store that is closer.
