  1. Great location with very easy access to parking and getting in an out on to Chenal. It’s connected to target, Chick-fil-A in a few other places… So it does get a little hectic entering and exiting.

    Staff is fairly helpful, it is sometimes difficult to find someone who can help you out. Most of the time you have to look for someone, they are not readily available.

  3. Ordered tile on line which didn’t meet our needs. Returned it to local store and they quickly returned all my money including shipping. Just needed the order number from my email, and no hassles!

  4. I FAILED THE EMPLOYEE WHO HELPED ME SO MUCH! I lost her information she gave me to do the survey and it’s now expired. I WILL find out her name and make this up to her. 3 employees helped me get a huge delivery wrapped and loaded in my truck. They were fantastic. I really wanted to do that survey for her…but it was raining and I had insulation to travel with. They literally had to take so much time and do so much to get this order put together for me. 5 stars all around. It was probably a super annoying task and I got NOTHING but just figure it out attitudes and I really appreciate it. I’m going to figure this out and make it up to you!

  5. Terrible customer service. I couldnt get on the phone with anyone for 2 hours. I went in and stood in line for 30 minutes to literally return a single key to a penske truck, and i was told it would be another hour wait. I don’t know if theyre short staffed or what but there were 20+ people in the line for tool rental (which is also the line for penske truck rentals)

    I was looking for a window air-conditioner/ heater for an addition. You can only shop online. I wanted to see the unit in the store. It is about $600. I did not want to order and not be able to see how it works. I was told they bring them in around summertime. I bought plastic storage containers at good prices. Young man helped me find them.

    Melania on the service desk was so quick kind and profession but most of all helpful. I normally go to Cabot Home Depot but after the sour attitudes I get from management there I will drive a little extra to this Home Depot because of great employees like her. 10/10 experiences. She’s so good with customers and multitasking. I was having a horrible night and she made it all better with her prompt service and positive attitude and smile. The world needs more employees that care about their job and customers like she does.

    Mr Scott was very professional. He investigated the situation where the manufacturer mislabeled the product resulting in us being overcharged. He resolved the issue in a timely manner! He communicated thru every step of the process. Wonderful customer service attitude!
