  1. Sales associates were great, asked if I needed help, overheard them helping multiple customers. Store is average if well-stocked, bordering on cluttered. Very busy store at 9pm on Sat, plan to wait 15 to 30 minutes in line for a register.

  2. This place is great for me, bc as a single mother, I love to save where I can. My 7yr old wears out his clothes so fast and Ross makes it affordable to get him clothes as needed without spending a fortune. Plus I love their odds and ends for things like, cosmetics, home decor, luggage, handbags, shoes, and more! You name it, they’ve got it here!

The young lady Ava that helped me last night she navigated that line so well I noticed that no one came up there to help her until the last minute it’s not okay to have one sales associate ringing by herself when there is a line wrapped around there is no teamwork her manager came up after a while I have management under my belt also and I worked and retail and sales and customer service for along time her manager came up then helped after putting the go backs back I want to talk to her boss when working there needs to be help when needed there needs to be accountability that was not okay .we are all short staff everywhere I seen many people that work there working on the floor instead of Coming to help at ross out west I gave all 5 star because of Ava she was so sweet and kind my heart I understand how she felt when it was so busy and you are doing your best she was amazing at running through the line very humble .

    Since I was in the area I decided to come to Ross today just to browse around and see if anything caught my interest. I like coming here because I can always find some decent discounted items. They have a little bit of everything here. It’s kind of like a giant garage sale almost but all the products aren’t you. They’re just the products that the bigger namebrand stores got rid of for whatever reasons. I like to browse around for kitchen items, furniture, candles, bathroom accessories, and anything else that catches my eye. The store is really never crowded. Today the shelves seemed a little thin and there wasn’t much to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful and greeted me as I was entering and leaving the store. The facility was clean for the most part but it was cluttered upfront a little bit by the registers. However there is plenty a room to walk up and down the isles without having to navigate around product. If you’re in the area give it a shot if you’re looking to save a dollar or two.

    Everything is all mixed together throughout the entire store. Sizes, gender, sections. I am guessing it is inconsiderate shoppers changing their mind and placing stuff back anywhere and not enough staff to keep up. There is ok deals but not worth standing in line with one cashier and the amount of customers. Overall, I will not be back

    If I could give it less of the Star I would maybe half of a star least I feel discriminated against then after I called to make a complaint no one answered the phone after 20 rings

    Manager at this location shops on the clock and goes around store picking up all the clearence and saving it for herself. I visited and saw a rack of christmas items near the front that were on clearence. She grabbed it quick and rudely said “these are mine, you cant buy them” and left the shopper at the checkout to rush the items to the back. Completely rude and unprofessional. If you want a better experience, go to the L st. Location or the West Maple Location

    Great place to find decent clothes at a great price. They have Mens, Womans and childrens clothes and shoes. Definatley worth checking out.
