Today Victor was here on time, was helpful with explaining different possible causes and solutions to the water heater leak. We recently had sewage coming up in the drain in our basement. And of course on a Friday night at 7:45pm. I honestly was a little worried about the cost, as we attempted to use them before for new toilet installation… but didn’t as they quoted us almost $950 to install two new toilets we purchased from Home Depot and had sitting in our garage.
Our plumber arrived within an hour of the call. He did a fantastic job. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. And it didn’t completely break the bank.
Aaron came in to assist with clearing out a shower drain. We have used roto rooter in the past and have always had a great experience with them, today being no exception. Aaron arrived a few minutes early and was done promptly. He was even kind enough in giving us some advice on keeping the drain clog free in the future. Great guys, great service.
Always responsive, able to come out on short notice, easy to work with, high quality work, and we never felt like they over charged or misrepresented the work that was needed. They honor their warranties, and want to see the job done right. Jonathan and Aaron have both been great to work with and we will definitely call again should the need arise.
Mike provided awesome service with a quick diagnosis of where the problem was thought to be. He offered a few options for repair while considering the upfront cost and making me aware of any charges prior to work being done. Mike showed great character and remained professional on the job and quickly performed the service agreed on. He also stuck around to verify the work that was done was successful before leaving. I am always pleased with my service anytime I’ve used Roto-Rooter. Highly recommended.
