Michael was able to fix the flush valve in my toilet in less than 15 minutes and did fantastic work. He not only was able to provide excellent service but he also walked through the house and checked to make sure everything was working fine. Which means they service two HVAC units twice yearly. The house was built in 1994 we purchased in 2004. Our home is almost 30 years old and we have replaced both units. I would not trust anyone else to service our home. We request Jamie to be the person to handle our service call. I honestly trust him to come into our home even if we weren’t home. I’ve also used their plumbing services recently. I changed my rating to a 1 for poor value but it does not show up in the edit.
Both plumbers who came out were courteous and professional, however my commendations end there.
The first, on Friday cut a hole in the ceiling, looked in the bathroom and said the leak probably was a commode seal. We approved replacement. The ceiling was still leaking when he left. He said it may take awhile for all the water to come out. He said he checked under the sink.
Overnight the ceiling leaked over two gallons of water. A second plumber came out. He too looked in the bathroom then cut a ver large opening in the ceiling but wasn’t sure where the leak originated. My wife was getting something from under the upstairs bath sink and found toilet paper that was waterlogged and standing water. The plumber checked that and found a leaking valve. He replaced it and the leak stopped. Both should have checked all bathroom fixtures first and this would have been a easy fix. We ended up paying almost $900 and now have a ceiling to repair. I got the estimate for that today – $650. So a leaking sink valve cost us over $1500.
We should get a major adjustment to your charges.

He laid out what they would need to do to fix my problem and even found ways to avoid additional costs whole doing it. Timely job completion even with unexpected issues that were out of their control. Gave updates and kept me informed through the process.
He went above and beyond to give me options to update my house plumbing and water heater without being pushy. He was knowledgeable about the plumbing system throughout the house and was forthcoming with information.
Very happy with Love plumbing and plan to look into their monthly plan for HVAC, Plumbing and electrical as well. It seems like a great value.

Surprisingly with the extreme cold weather in SC I had a pipe burst, and I reached out to Love for a plumber I was added to a wait list but they responded with in 48hrs. Chris came out and was very pleasant, he did a great job finding the cracked pipe and assessing the damage, I believe he gave me a fair quote for the work and explained everything. He even cleaned up the area when he was done he gave me advice on how to proceed with getting the wet installation and damaged wall repaired.
Corrie W. arrived on time which was so important to us. Corrie W. started when he said he would, he provided professional services. He was up front with cost, the work that needed to be done and how it would be done. All the work was performed in a timely and neat manner. The repair called for 2 plumbers. Corrie and Garrett were Phenomenal.
I was very impressed with the professionalism and the knowledge Corrie Williams possesses. He explained everything so I could understand why I needed the work done, and what that meant to the value of my home.
He cleaned up all of his work when he was ready to leave.
When I have any further work to be done, I will be calling Love, and asking for Corrie specifically.
If I need to rate them on a 10 point metric I would give him #1 (Being the best).
