This installation was for my father. He stated that Rolando properly installed the disposal using new pipe and provided a ground wire where there was none, previously. The installation is a vast improvement over the last time the old disposal was installed, correctly piped in a more simpler drain pattern under the sink and again, installed a ground wire, as recognized as needed by Rolando. The company uses flat rate fees, which was not priced during our service request, causing some confusion, no fault of the plumber, Rolando. We worked it out satisfactorily. My father was pleased with the final price, the professional installation and conduct of the plumber who recognized the work needed improvement. Ryan was our technician & we could not be happier with the service provided. He arrived in a timely manor, was incredibly polite/professional & was super informative on the issue/how to avoid and prevent it in the future. I was having drainage issues in the bathroom from both the toilet & shower drain & he was able to unclog both. The shower wasn’t budging for a while but he was patient & persistent, getting the job done. He was so sweet & respectful, i felt comfortable having him in my home. I will absolutely bring any future plumbing business to Ryan at Roto-rooter.
Tanner showed up within 2 hours of me calling for help after our guest bathroom backed with waste water in our shower. He was professional, diagnosed the problem, came up with a plan and unclogged the culprit “flushable” wipes from the drain quickly. He did a great job, absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing help.
My water heater broke and started leaking on a Sunday when most places were closed, but when I called I was promptly connected with someone who took care of dispatch. Mark, a supervisor (who I’m pretty sure was off duty but lived nearby and very graciously came over anyways) came by within 30 minutes of me calling to shut the water off and assess the damage until the plumber could arrive. When Jeffrey came to fix everything he thoroughly explained the best course of action and answered all of my questions very well in addition to doing a great job on repairs and replacement. Both gentlemen were very professional and a pleasure to work with! And I am VERY happy to have hot water again so promptly!

Jeffery was amazing! Super knowledgeable, professional and most importantly honest! He answered all of my questions and gave me great advice on quality products and how to take care of most of my plumbing after he fixed the issue. He did a great job with repairing my shower. I’ve had a lot of dishonest contractors come in and try to take advantage so it was a blessing to find someone who was honest and genuinely wanted to help! I’ve recommended him to all of my friends.
