3 weeks agoI love the variety of produce, the quality children’s books, and affordable work appropriate tops! Grab some samples 😁 Check out the amazing selection of dips, ready to go meals, and wine. They have the best (and biggest) cheesecake in town.a month agoI went with my dad to see if I wanted to get a membership card and to get three things. However I felt harassed by the end of it. we all know you show the card to get in but when we went to self checkout they wouldn’t leave us alone. the girl made my dad show his card again to get to check out and same thing from another woman who came out of no where. I was already scanning when the woman start telling me how to do things and it confused me. then I sat down a bag of chicken and then everything and everyone starting going crazy talking over each other. it was like they where ready for us to take something or to have a problem. I literally put my hands up and stepped back as she continued to go through our stuff even tho I was clearly upset by the intrusion. Only after she had finished ringing everything up and after she felt comfortable that everything was paid for she completely walked away and no longer helped my 80 year old dad so it just showed why she was in our face. That was far to much for a self check out. I never asked for help to begin with and to show a card to every staff member is Pugnacious And Obnoxious. I will not be getting a card if I have to be harassed like that. We’ve never had a membership there, so today we thought we would come in to ask about doing a tour of the store so we could get an idea of if it would be worth it for us. We had heard that the Costco food court is open to non-members and decided we would ask if we could check that out before talking to someone about a tour. We asked the greeter at the front about the food court and he let us no they no longer allow non-members into the food court. That is totally fine as I understand policies can change- however, when I told him I would like to ask about a tour of the store, he proceeded to accuse my partner and I of wanting to just sneak into the food court and “get him in trouble.” This felt uncalled for, and honestly I felt like we were being accused of this because we are a younger couple. Despite the rude comment, I proceeded to go to the membership desk to ask about a tour. I spoke with a brunette woman who quickly shot me down and told me they don’t do tours quite a condescending tone. She didn’t offer any other help. To be honest, it didn’t seem like she wanted me to become a member at this store, and I feel extremely turned off by Costco now. I genuinely wanted to inquire about a membership, but I’m trusting my gut in this one. The bad vibes will be sending me elsewhere.2 months agoMy favorite is how they stand behind everything they sell. We rarely have an issue, but they are there if we do. Otherwise a great selection and always super friendly staff. Also really appreciate the pharmacy and the hearing center.

a month agoEasy to find parking. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Gas station was easy in/out without any wait. First time i saw propane refill station.a month agoAlways seem to find really friendly cashiers. I’ve seen them handle difficult customers, (more than a couple of times), with patience and professionalism. I know I would not have had the patience to handle a customer with expired charge card, (over 4 months expired), when the customer keeps telling cashier to “put it through AGAIN” for the third time.2 months agoThis Costco is up to Costco high standards, it is interesting though, which products are in different stores. CdA ID has many different kinds of organic nuts ( we get them all ) Kalispell had only org Brazil Nuts, which we have never seen before at other store!a month agoMembers Only: Costco Tire Center is the only place within 1 hour of Glacier National Park that is OPEN SUNDAYS. I got a flat tire on the going-to-the-sun-road in the park, and with no one else open on a Sunday, (including les Schwab of all places) Costco was the only place to drive to (with a donut on the car!) They really saved the trip and the day. I really appreciate Costco Tire center being open on Sunday. God Bless you all, gentlemen.4 months agoWe stopped here on our way home to canada and we’re struggling to find the pack of bear spray. Melissa and micheal went above and beyond to help us out. They located it in the store in their system and went and got it for us! They were so lovely and made it a great experience!

We love costco! Very nice young man helped us. We were getting a business membership, and he went over all of the benefits. I have been secretly disappointed as there have been no samples every time we go… but the variety and savings have really been great!
I’m thrilled to share my positive experience with Dion and Jake, the two tire guys at the Costco store in Billings, MT, they truly went above and beyond to assist me when I needed help with my inner dual rear tire. Despite it being close to closing time, they didn’t hesitate to fix the tire, ensuring I could continue my journey smoothly.
Their expertise and dedication to their work were evident as they efficiently handled the situation with a friendly and positive attitude. Their willingness to go the extra mile exemplifies their commitment to exceptional customer service.
I am incredibly grateful for Dion and Jake’s outstanding support, which turned what could have been a stressful situation into a hassle-free resolution. Costco is fortunate to have such skilled and caring employees on their team!!!!
I’m sick as a dog and had my daughter and son (whom live with me) go get me food and supplies as I’ve been bed ridden. When she goes there and checks out not only is she stopped but humiliated by staff saying she can’t do that and I better be with her next time. WOW! This is how you treat a 20 plus year customer! I’m outraged and will be contacting the manager, y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. If she had a different name and address I can see where you would be coming from. What actions occurred were unnecessary and better customer service should be practiced, I even had the honor of a letter from management sent to me that this won’t be allowed.
While Costco offers great deals on bulk items, and decent discount on fuel prices. There is one bad thing… they want to be a “gun free zone”. I respect their rights as the private property owner to restrict firearms on their premises. Though I’d like to mention that criminals do not care about the law, and see these signs as easy targets.
Conceal carry permit holders have passed a criminal background check and attend training by a national certified trainer [like USCCA]
Hopefully a member of management sees this; and brings it to the costco chains attention. As I know its not this specific stores policy, but a nation wide policy. Change only occurs if we speak up.
