a month agoI recently had my car cleaned at Prime Car Wash, and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the service provided. The cleaning was not thorough and I found some areas still dirty after the wash. I would appreciate it if the staff could pay more attention to detail and ensure all areas of the car are cleaned properly. Thank you.4 months agoJust got home from Prime. Paid $44 for inside and out. Inside was decent, but outside was awful. See photos. Dirty rims, dirty wheel wells, dirty running boards. Not worth the $22 for a wash and wipe down. Just not cleaned well. The bright spot was Jeremiah. 5 stars for him. 2 stars for the rest of the experience and service.2 weeks agoI took my car to Prime today. My 1st time ever. My car was just a mess because I’ve had 2 surgeries recently, so I wasn’t able to clean my car. I am very pleased with the results. Thank you, Emerson Prime. You all did wonderfully from start to finish.a month agoThe experience today was less than satisfactory. The car wash itself was great, but when it came to the interior service it slowed to a snails pace, which is confusing since there was only 1 additional car in the bay including mine and 8 staff members plus 1 manager to stand around and talk. I left before my car was completed….. The mgr on Thursday evening was excellent and was working as hard as everyone else as well as directing staff……….7 months agoI chose the inside cleaning upgrade, and I’m not sure what I paid for (see pictures). Cup holders were still a mess, only the tops of the seats were vacuumed, the interiors of the windows were smeared, and while the plastic floor mats were wet, they weren’t clean, and the fabric floor mats that came with the car weren’t cleaned nor vacuumed. The basic outside clean went well, except the back of the car was dirtier than before I came. I was rushed out to make room for the next customer, though staff was friendly.

It gets your car completely clean, and if it doesn’t, you can go through again no questions asked.a month agoWent through on June 7th and during the scrubbing, they cracked my windshield. Went through the claims department and they said that it is impossible for them to have broken my windshield without there already being damage, and that it is 100% not their fault. Definitely canceling all memberships for crew and wanted to leave this review as a cautionary tale. They will not repair any damage they cause, so think twice before using this carwash.2 months agoThis location is VASTLY improved. It has all of the latest top of the line features. The staff (as always) is friendly and attentive. The lines move fast, the washes are good, and the price is reasonable. It’s a good overall wash but I really hate coming to this place anymore. Too much emphasis on rushing people through. Every single time they stack cars so close together you can’t even see the headlights behind you. The brushes don’t even make it to the back of my car because the next car is that close. Today I asked them to spray the bugs off the front end. She did a quick spray after she got my car moving which was not effective at all and I had to go back through the wash again.
My wife came through in her new car that was purchased 2 days prior. When she went through she came out with a CRACKED WINDSHIELD. The manager on duty was great in helping us file a claim. But, a week later we got a letter from crew saying it wasn’t their fault and there was damage already to the windshield prior to going through the was. They didn’t even have the guts to call us and tell us they had to send us a letter because they knew that they were at fault. Why would we buy a car with a damaged windshield. I do not advise going to any crew Carwash location as although they seem nice, all that they want is money and won’t even replace something that was their fault to a customer who has been going there for over 5 years.
As bad as it sounds, I haven’t washed my car in years(or at least it seems like) and as soon as I pulled up, there was a gentleman right there that greeted me, asked me about my day, and even talked to me about their different packages. He was EXTREMELY friendly and the wash did a great job as well. So, between the nice staff and the wash, I will definitely be back very soon!
I generally like crew car wash…but in the last 6 months I’ve had my back windshield ripped off 3 times…plus they have raised their prices ..don’t know if I can afford their price hoke in this economy… probably going to cancel membership.cant afford $480..a year to wash my car whenever I want…
