a month agoA friend gave me a gift card so I came on a Sunday morning to check it out. I found a few items I wanted to buy so I thought it would be faster to do self checkout. I got all the way to the self checkout line breakout only to be told I have to go to a regular line because I don’t have a membership.WTH is up with the line situation at this Costco?! That in itself makes me want to go to a different location. There are 3 main (super long) lines you queue up in only then to have to scramble to get into another line for a cashier.
Other than the stupid line process, the store is clean and well stocked. Prices are clearly labeled. Grocery items, health and beauty, and cleaning and pet supplies, are on the left and housewares are on the right. In the middle is snacks, furniture, clothing. In the back is paper goods, frozen food, meat, the bakery, produce, and wine.
Go early or late to avoid the crowds and long lines.
3 months agoHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. This situation occurred in the last days of the mothers. I always heard about the good prices and better quality products that this supermarket offers but until then I had never been inside to see with my own eyes if it was true or not. Then came the big day, right at the entrance I was approached by a lady Ivy who forbade my entry for not being a member. I tried to explain that it was my first time and I was just visiting the place to see the feel before becoming a member. She then, still in a non-polite way, took me to a counter where I presented my document and my entrance was released. I walked around the market and decided to leave. I felt bad, not even at WalMart have I ever been treated like that.5 months agoThe place where all your big bulk discounts help you enjoy a huge savings. They usually have items that you can’t find in your local store. The Kirkland brand is top quality, like your household name brands. They offer different types of memberships.2 months agoI came to get my glasses adjusted. I’ve been happy with the service here and drive a ways to get here. I arrived at 710pm and was told they close optical at 7pm.The only sign I can find says 8pm, but maybe that’s just the optometrist?
Online only gives the store hours. Google’s site says the store reviews the hours and it says 8pm for optical.
Not acceptable. So ready to have the correct hours publicly available.
6 months agoThanks Costco for saving me 40% on my groceries, compared to Food Lyin’ where they’re always jacking up their food prices and profit margins every week! I’m saving $120 every month by shopping at Costco. I love you guys!Last month I bought this 14″ foam mattress and saved $650! With the 9-in foundation, it’s 23″ high . . . I’m sleeping like a king ! And it’s very firm with a cool gel top . . . I really like it! Also you can get this NutriBullet blender and all the ingredients for the Smoothie shown in these pictures.
I’ve been shopping at Costco for 8 years. I’ve saved thousands of dollars! I live up in Hickory so I try to limit my Costco trips to once every 2 months. The Savings on my groceries paid for the membership on my first visit!
I usually focus on the frozen and canned foods, so they can last for months . Plus the almond milk, oranges, mushrooms and Deli turkey. See you guys soon!

Good price on gas just gonna wait in line most times6 months agoI love shopping at Costco that’s why I am a gold star member. I buy almost everything from furniture, vacuum cleaners, food stuff,washing detergent,clothes, shoes,TVs, just to mention but a few. The facility is so clean and everything well organized. The goods are of high quality and the packaging is in bulk compared to other stores. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. Update: The dog loves it (duh) and Polly was very informative and sincere in her presentation of the benefits Freshpet has to offer. Thank you Costco for always offering what I didn’t even realize I need!2 months agoI’ve been a regular shopper at Costco, and I have to say it’s a great store! The variety of products available is impressive, and their prices are hard to beat. The staff members have always been friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable. The only minor downside is that sometimes the checkout lines can get a bit long. Nonetheless, Costco remains my go-to store for quality products and great deals. I highly recommend giving it a try!

Store is ok, however, it could use a better customer service representatives at the checkout. They were not friendly nor patient. Store has a a lot of variety of products though. A full bag of bagels got bad after two days… so disappointed ☹️
I’m a huge Costco fan, but this location is just too busy to be an enjoyable experience. I’ve been at least 5 times. This ranges in days of the week and hours of the day. Every time I have to fight for a parking spot, watch as demos are plucked up faster than the staff can put them out, and wait in lines that go past the candy section. Highly encourage people to drive a few minutes further to the Garner location if they can.
Great place as always.
But, could you please turn down the water temperature for washing hands in the restroom? My kids were nearly scalded by it. Considering it’s summertime, I don’t think we really need such hot water for washing hands. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Car problems can be expertly solved by Jeremy “the superb gentleman” in the garage. Professional, thorough, highly qualified and an all around “gentle soul” .Costco count your blessings ,as Jeremy is one of your treasured employees…and I will certainly return as I encourage all my friends to go there…Kudos to Jeremy!
The store hours say they close at 9 but they start closing aisles at 840 and treat their “members” like children by herding them out of the store. I went near closing because I don’t like how crowded the store is any other time. Along the same lines, they want to check your receipt every time you leave which means waiting a long time to leave the store. I am going to cancel my membership since there is no benefit at all to these stores unless you like fighting for parking and waiting in long lines for everything.
