4 months agoTire department stinks at calling when they say they will. This is the second time I have bought a set of tires from them and they have yet to call when they said they would. Very frustrating. Other than that, the store is great for shopping for the grands and for stuff you just can’t live without, lol.in the last weekMy all time favorite place. We like to start with pizza and ice cream, the food is inexpensive, hot, massive, and delicious. We then make our way into the store. While wondering inside samples are usually available so you can try more fabulous things and find new favorite food items. Just be prepared to go down the rabbit hole and spend considerable $$. It’s 1000% worth it. There are also clothes, books, furniture, holiday decorations, plants, cleaning supplies, and more. It’s worth it to work your way through the whole store.a week agoJust an FYI if you ever decide to order pizzas from Costco in Ringgold!I called ahead to order 3 pizzas. The girl told me they were running a little behind tonight and it would be about 45 minutes. I said that’s fine. I waited and arrived an hour after I placed the order just to be safe. I got there and was basically told they have no idea when my pizza would be ready, it hasn’t even been started yet, and she could TRY to get mine moved to the front of the line before everyone standing there waiting.
What is the point of offering call ahead ordering if you’re not starting my order until after I arrive – and I’m lucky if you start it right then. She just kept saying “it will be a while” and I finally said forget it and left.

3 weeks agoI love Costco’s prices and selection but their customer service needs improvement at this location. Today, while at self checkout (??????) , Denise (Ringgold Costco Employee) informed my wife she had too many items to come through self checkout after she was halfway through checking out. She didn’t say it nicely either. I was over at vision buying contacts or I would’ve blown a gasket. Did I mention my wife was at a self check out? At a store that we pay a fee for the blessed privilege of shopping at? I plan to continue shopping at Costco because, again, I love their prices and selection but I hope Costco helps their associates understand that they need to have a higher standard of service since their customers pay extra to shop there. Do better Denise, do better. PS…I didn’t forget to say my wife was at self checkout did I?6 months agoI was in complete shock to find JUCE in this store! For those who don’t know this product? I highly recommend it for gut health and weight loss. When you body has the nutrients it needs it runs better. It tastes so good!!!

in the last weekCostco was very packed and busy, however clean.I actually went down every isle just seeing what they have and checking the prices.
Some things I can see savings, but the majority to me as I shop around is the normal price and few more cost than normal.
After being 1st a BJ member, then Sam’s club, now Costco…the cheapest in savings from products on the shelf, I see most is from BJs.
I have not checked out everything costco has to offer thier members vs the others, so I will definitely give an update later.

I travel for work, and I noticed my favorite juice. Super food is on sale this week.3 weeks agoVisited this Costco while I was on vacation Erin at the main door very rude she had already checked my card but when I questioned her breaking the law asking about my emotional support animal which the Georgia department of natural resources states “ Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card, training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.“ Georgia state follows federal laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act.There was a young gentleman at the self check out asking to see everyone’s card before they checked out when I asked why they do that he said to make sure you are a member and the pictures match. When I then questioned whose picture was on my card he got it wrong. The only helpful person was a lady named Jean at the self check out. And when I was leaving out the staff was policing another patron of the store asking for a card when she was headed toward the service desk.. Will not go back do not recommenda month agoJohn was so awesome to help me out with my tire. He saved my day and I am grateful for his service. I absolutely love Costco! It’s a great wholesale store with tons of options and free samples. The food court is wonderful and very affordable. I also love that they have cheap gas. This location is very busy on the weekends, but that’s one of my favorite things about it.
Customer service of the cashier’s is fantastic. They generally seem happy to be there. However, anytime I have dealt with the administration staff, they are rude and not helpful. Tina, in particular, I found to be extremely unpleasant and made it seem like I was burdening her. I used to think of Costco having amazing customer service, but it definitely seems to be declining over the years.
Out of their prepared foods, I enjoy the meatloaf and the Sheppards pie.
A fully stocked Costco store in Gwinnett County….. most lanes are open so makes it easier to quickly leave the store after purchase.
The staff was very helpful when looking for a particular product…..

My family have been going to Costco 187 @Venture Dr. since it’s opened. And yesterday my mom had the worst experience with your employee. She was really frustrated and shaking when telling me what had happened. She ordered a whole pizza around noon right after she arrived before her routine shopping. She quickly finished her shopping and went back to the cafeteria area to pick up her pizza. It was about 12:40pm and not crowded at all. The staff in the kitchen wasn’t busy at all but when my mom presented her receipt to him to pick up the pizza, the staff was very impatient and with a bad attitude, he immediately slammed the window door when my mom was standing 6 inches in front of the window. It shocked her and her body was still very shaking when she got back home.
How complicated could it be for not being rude to your customers? Rudeness will get you nowhere even you work for a big corporation like Costco!
One stop shop for all needs. Nice place for groceries and gas. It helps a lot for big families as everything is sold in bulk quantities. For a small family it doesn’t make sense for many of the items sold.
