  1. Went inside. I was third in line, three people came in behind me, and it took 12 minutes to get up to the till. 1 person on thier own at the front and 5 people working the drive thru. Decided not to get a dozen donuts and just got 1 coffee since the poor girl at the front had a line of 6 people and NO help.

  2. Since new owners took over Tim Hortons, the coffee is not as fresh or good, some items not available and in this location men’s washroom is disgusting.

  3. I love this Tims, as a truck driver I always pass by here and if this Tim’s didn’t exist I wouldn’t know what to do lol. I would like to thank the staff but especially Adut for being such a good representative. She’s very polite and good! This is the type of customer service that every business should provide. Not like the Tims in Nipigon, ON, most of the time all employees there have an attitude to the point that I don’t stop there anymore but instead I drive another hour to Thunder Bay, ON to get my coffee. Thank you Redcliff Tims and thank you Audt!

  4. Seems like some hiccups with service specifically with drive thru have resolved. In the past few months, I’ve had some great customer service. Staff in the drive thru are quick, efficient and always friendly. It’s nice to receive service with a smile, so thank you.😁

  5. Two of our orders were wrong, and one of them was wrong AGAIN the second time around. THEN the men’s washroom was out of paper towels and the hand dryer wasn’t working. AND the bathroom looks like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Need I describe more?

    Update from my three star down to two stars after my last visit. The visit was very short normally I like to enjoy my coffee inside but I couldn’t do that due to the overwhelming amount of flys and the temperature of the sitting area was unbearable. The cleanliness was another one the bother me and wife. So the visit got cut short. I believe a deep cleaning might be a good thing to do a especially around the fire place seating area.

    I wish i could could give 0 ratings. I went to the drive through to get coffee and bagel. Firstly the guy shintao was in so much hurry that he did not listen to me and hung up on me, i was keep on saying hi are you still there but nobody responded. Then i went to the station to pay and add one everything bagel they gave it but the everything bagel was completely burnt. I came inside to talk to someone about it then there was a girl Handrin came and she instead of understanding and apologizing she was very rude to us and said “so what”. I asked her whats your name she said ” just guess on it ” and went away. I dont know how could someone treat their customers like that. We have paid for our order, they are not giving us for free. They have no right to talk to their customers like that. She was pretty sure that no one would say anything to her. I mill make sure that she gets paid for what she has done . I will take it officially against this tim hortons untill any action is taken on her. I will also post a picture along for what they called an extra toasted bagel. This tim horton is running on sub standardized basis and not following regular guidelines of tim hortons Canada wide. Someone please also guide me where can i complaint for this tim hortons.

    If there was any option for 0star , I wanna give that , just because of employee (guy)rude behaviour , who was working around 11 pm. He made my order taste less and I thought I wasted my money.

    couldnt afford tomatoes? or take time to cook bacon nevermind the wilting lettuce. dont eat here often and this is a definite reminder why!!!!

    We stopped in at this Tim Horton’s for a snack. I went through the drive thru. The ordering process was okay. The person taking my order was a little bit rushed (or so it sounded). They have 2 lanes which is convenient. I asked for beyond the meat sausage, egg and cheese. The woman kept on asking if I wanted it with lettuce and tomato. I repeated twice that I only wanted the beyond sausage, egg and cheese, on an English Muffin. We order drinks and a parfait too. Everything about my order was accurate and tasty except for the sandwich. It was put on a biscuit, not an English Muffin. I feel these things happen often when utilizing Tim Horton’s drive thru, no matter the location. I feel they get busy, do things routine and do not always follow orders. A little more attention and perhaps less pressure from upper management about speed of service would actually help Tim Horton’s with their quality. Thank you.

    Every time I go here they mess up my order… wrong type of bagel, wrong type of cream cheese, wrong coffee order, wrong muffin… always something every time. At first it is small mistakes that you think is just a one off or mistake, but now it is every single time. Had to stop going there. Also.. since when do you have to request to get a bagel cut in half? is it really saving you that much time?

    Food is often incorrect and wait time was very long. Staff can be unorganized, but i think this is mainly because the drive thru gets very busy and staff become concentrated on getting it moving. The downtown scene can make it un-attractive, but this can be out of there control.

    Been going here every morning lately for the last couple months during the weekdays before work around 5. I order decaf as i can’t have caffeine, but still enjoy the flavour. I typically begin with being polite in asking for it, but im usually dealing with a the same service worker who consistently attempts to ellude my request by saying they don’t have any made, to which I always have to say I don’t mind waiting for it to be made, and have to remind him daily that I CAN’T have caffeine. Usually thats the end of it, and I end up waiting anywhere from 5, to 15 minutes.. on somedays, but the other day, my usual service worker decides to give my brother a hard time over asking him to get a pot goind for me as I was behind him and my nephew in line. Now me, my bro and nephew have been regulars here for a couple months now and our incredible service worker decided to argue with him this time that he has other customers in line (gesturing to me and my nephew) who’ve all been obviously coming in together for quite some time now, and that requesting to brew a pot of decaf can only be done by me, once I’ve placed my order. My brother tried to reason with this guy that we’re all together, in the same truck, and he continued to argue, until I spoke up and clarified how simple of a request it was. I never thought it would be this complicated to make something so minor happen, but if its on your menu, and you have it in stock, then why are you argueing with your customer about this. Anyhow, we won’t be stopping here anymore.. very aggrivating to deal with.

    Tim Horton’s maple ave I think is one the best if not the best in the city food, drink and the people day or night the staff have hell of a job to do at any part of there shift. thanks for being open 24hrs and haven my favorite strawberry cream cheese the only one in medicine hat to carry it …
