You should probably not work customer service if you’re rude to every single person you serve. It was without sugar. Before that I had ordered same tea. They always gave me cold tea. Even I went in to Tim to change the tea many time but they still doing the same thing. - Reviews:Stopped here for breakfast and the ignorant woman who served me needs to find a different job as she can’t deal with the public with respect. I dont normally review timmies…but the town center location sucks. Everytime I go there my coffee is mediocre at best. Today, the lid said 3sug. I asked for a regular. When I gave it back and said no thank you it’s supposed to be a one ans one.. I watched her rub the “3sug” off the lid and try giving it back to me. I rejected it, they made a new one that is all cream. ONE AND ONE. Not one and 5. My iced coffee is barely coffee tinted cream with too much syrup AND the breakfast wrap was gross. I’m thankful there are other tim horton locations near by because I will not be going to that one anymore even though it’s closest to my new place. ( first pic is the cream I got from center location.. the other is what good perfectly made coffee is supposed to look and taste like. Thanks to north side location )

And I can’t believe I’m saying this about a timhortons at all, but slow down a bit 😛
They are so fast that sometimes I have gotten wrong foods, like this morning. I probably should check my food but still it’s a little frustrating when you get to your destination.
Still, always happy and the best to go to, but slow a tiny tiny bit 🙂
Absolutely stupid service. I used to work here and by now I would have thought the boss would’ve trained people better. I guess not. I ordered a turkey club with cheese, they gave it super burnt and with little to no bacon. We went back and told them what was wrong and to remake it kindly and they made a blt and no cheese or anything. She saw the burnt sandwich and knew that she sent it out. This place is horrible service wise.
This is by far the best tim hortons in town! Ritika(drive thru lady) is awesome. Always happy and polite and makes sure that they have apple fritters for the bf and I nearly every morning. We even travel across town just to go to that Tim’s….always a very pleasant time when Ritika is working!

There should be an option for a zero rating, the staff will never help you out, i went there so many time, i had to wait for too long for just a coffee, and they never gonna say ‘hi’ or nothing else, they are always chatting around with each other, and will laugh on you and never gonna take the order, and at the end you have to order yourself on the kiosks. If they are 10 people working at the front. At least one of them can take customer’s order and their managers also don’t care about anything
