a month agoso I go to Kroger on Patterson Drive a few days a week. Most of the time they are very understaffed and the deli is closed by 2 PM in which people don’t get off work until 4 PM at least. I figured since I am a full-time stay at home dad and my wife works full-time 60 hours a week I would apply for work because they have open interviews two days a week because they’re so understaffed. Somebody just walked out and quit at the fuel Center also. I told him I’m only available for early morning shift Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. They said unfortunately that will not work because their fuel Center guy opens Monday through Friday so they can only hire part-time people on the weekends. I also inquired about in store cashier. They said they go by seniority and all their seniority workers want morning shift. So I did not get the job because I would not work afternoons or evenings and I have a two year old daughter at home. I don’t know if it’s just me, but if you’re at the point where you have to close your store early and miss business because you are so understaffed, you have open interviews two days a week that you would compromise and work with somebody or say hey I’m sorry I know you have seniority, but this is the way it is, things happen shifts need covered. 🤷♂️ Plus the square given the interview was under dressed, compared to me lol do bettera month agoA very nice well organized and clean place. It can be a little overpriced but I’m assuming because of the location. The staff are very nice and willing to help everyone.4 months agoThis review is about kroger that happened to me in 2021. There was an Asian guy working there; cannot remember his name he thought it was cool to call the police on me. I did nothing wrong. The lady that may of use to work there was Skylar. She’s a very terrible person & very rude. Most of the workers there were pretty friendly and nice. So I got a citation for me not to return ever since the Asian guy did that he switched krogers.he was judgemental. Shame on you. If I only knew his name. 4 months agoNot very busy, especially for a Sunday evening. But the buggies weren’t collected and there were no small ones. I went for drinks, but there were so many holes on the shelves and other items just thrown in that I only grabbed 2 things and left.10 months agoI love Kroger but this store needs some help when you call no one ever answers the phone they are always out of the things I want to buy the selection of items have gone downhill badly. They are always out of the soda, Gatorade, and they do carry ice cream but they are always out of popcycles they don’t carry a very good selection of popcycles it’s mostly ice cream treats. Considering this store Caters to a lot of college students you would think they would have a better variety of items. I understand there is a national shortage but this has been a problem for years.

3 months agoThe shopping experience is okay but the sale prices that you see in very big numbers on the displays do not tie in with what you pay at the register. One photo is of a watermelon that you’d think costs $2.99. BUT, the fine print says with card and digital coupon. The other photos are of chips with a sign low to the ground making you think that it costs $1.99 a bag. BUT read the fine print, only when you buy four, otherwise the price is $5.49 each (and then only if you have a card). There must be some clever marketing term for this, but I can only think of two everyday English words, deceptive and misleading.in the last weekOnly place around to get Chilean sea bass. Good deal on the crablegs and scallops. And look a that massive t-bonea month agoI haven’t been to a Kroger this nice before. It’s no wonder the locals call it Gucci Kroger. The Kroger’s on used to shopping at are all in Parkersburg and in general have 20 aisles or less. This one has 50 aisles. Athens Ohio comes close to the amount of fancy, for this one takes the cake as the best Kroger I have yet been to.2 weeks agoThe woman at the customer service desk was so rude and unhelpful. I understand it’s the evening and almost time to go home, but that’s no reason to be like that. If I could give no stars I would. This Kroger is always terrible and they never have anything that I need in stock.a year agoLove this place! Great selections, responsible prices, and always clean and organized. This Kroger in Sabraton, is old but the staff are typically friendly. Shopping carts are rusty and wheels don’t work well. These things are forgivable. But a dirty store is not. Old produce is not. Minimal selection is not. Mold on produce for days is not. These pics are an example of the poor produce selection at this store. These have been sitting awhile …where is the produce manager ? Who’s checking shelves? I see something like this time every time I go. Very sad store.
I only do pickup. Not many substitutions. But substitutes are acceptable and normally cheaper. The people that bring my groceries to me are always hustling and very friendly and professional!!
The employees are usually super friendly, and it’s convenient to where I live. Plus I can usually find some great deals on products. The carts however do need updating though, and the restroom generally always needs more attention than it’s given.
Forced to go through self checkout since only one cashier lane was open. Really difficult to do self checkout when you have even a small cart halfway full of groceries due to lack of space for bagging/no conveyor belt to empty cart.
Smells putrid inside , needs better cleaning
