  1. I tried to save a couple of hundred dollars and called another plumber to change out my reverse osmosis filters, which they recommended I needed. It appeared that their technician was not familiar with my system and water spurted out all over the cabinet on onto my kitchen floor. He then took out my filters to his van and I followed because it was highly unusual. He then asked if I had a specific wrench to which I replied, “why would I have tools? Don’t you have the necessary tools?” He did not. I told him to please just put everything back and I would call Pure Plumbing instead. He put everything back. Jacob, from Pure Plumbing arrived shortly after. He tested my system, showed me the results and informed that my filters were fine and I did not need to replace them yet. He checked my system to make sure there was no damage and that it was put back correctly. It was. He checked the rest of my home and was very professional and provided options to things he recommended I get fixed. I will always call Pure Plumbing moving forward. They may be a bit higher priced, but you actually do “get what you pay for”. Thank you Jacob! You are such a blessing to me!

  2. Thank goodness for Dave! He installed our water filtration and water softener systems at a very reasonable price, and now we have clean, drinkable water all throughout the house. He even tested the water and demonstrated to us what clean water looks like compared to the hard, mineral filled water that we have in Nevada. We also had a ceiling leak, and he helped us get through the ordeal as painlessly as possible. We really appreciate the initiative that he took to find us the right tub faucet to replace our old broken one. He fixed our tub faucet without a hitch and the leak associated with it, even helping out to make sure that the surface underneath the pipes was dry. Dave is the most professional, most competent and most extraordinary plumber we’ve ever had the good fortune to meet. He really listens to his clients and is very patient when answering all of their questions. It is guys like him that make us stick with Pure Plumbing. We have been their clients for years, and we are very happy with the service they provide. They are always on time when you need them, and they always do the job right the first time. Great value and great service.

  3. At 6:30am, we woke up to a flooded garage😧. The lady who answered the call was lively and helpful. Pure gave us a service time between 8-10am. Courtesy text messages kept us aware of what to expect. The technician arrived in a timely manner, quickly assessed the problem, and immediately started the replacement. Everything was clean and precise. We were educated on how to insulate the valves and take better care of the tank moving forward. Our job was complete before noon. Daron is professional and thorough.   4. The set up of the appointment was very smooth, completed in one phone call. They were able to install a new water heater the same day I called. Stephen D was very friendly and knowledgeable.   5. Needed a PVC Pipe elbow joint replaced in my garage that was leaking. Pipe was not under pressure. Just needed to be cut, new joint installed + glue… The same easy fix that happens all the time under your sink. I already removed the drywall.

    They wanted to charge me $750.00!

    I went to Home Depot, got the join and glue for less than $12 and fixed it myself in less than 20 minutes.

    These guys are a complete rip-off.

    Not your local honest plumbers… just sad.

    Sink had been leaking for months. Got tired of putting pans under the sink to catch the dripping water. Ivo from a Yes Plumbing took care of us and showed us the food that had built up over years in the pipes causing the leak. Great service quick and to the point, no up selling or funny business.     Had new ac installed, gave us a top of the line Carrier brand 5 ton for about 3k cheaper than goettl’s version of a goodman that has a goettle sticker placed on. (since it was goodman idk why they were upcharging so much) They started early morning about 7 or 8 and were finished and testing unit by around 11-noon. Fast courteous and didnt mind that I was getting estimates from other companies when I had them come to give me theirs. Even offered financing options. And gave me a top tier google nest thermostat at no additional charge. I did my research and carrier and lenix are some of the best acs you can get, goodman are the cheapest and work but tend to break down more often.

    I’m happy with the work YES air conditioning and plumbing did installing my furnace and central air. It took a team of 3 men who completed the removal and installation in less than 4 hours. It was like they were never there! Charles Venniro is very knowledgeable and educated me about name brand equipment. Make sure you know what brand you are getting before you buy but you don’t have to worry about YES!

    I thought the work was nicely done, however when visiting the website I saw a $1000.00 coupon and when I called about it no one had the courtesy to call me back after spending 15,000.00 on an HVAC unit. Whether yes or no a call would have been nice. The actual workers did a great job. 1000.00 would have made a difference to me. Or a courtesy call.

    So we woke up this am(Sunday 10/23)to our downstairs powder room having water all over the floor. I immediately thought we had a leak at the sink but it turned out the toilet wasn’t draining. After trying to plunge it I couldn’t get it to unclog so we called our home warranty company. They told us they couldn’t have anyone here until Tuesday. I thought no big deal we will just not use that toilet. But we didn’t realize that both toilets upstairs were causing the toilet downstairs to overfill as well. After calling 3 companies anytime plumbing had a tech here in 30 minutes… on a Sunday to boot. Jake our tech was courteous and tried all the tricks in his bag but had to pull the toilet to snake the drain. It had a blockage and he was able to get it fixed up. He did a great job and we are thankful that he was able to get here so soon. Anytime plumbing will definitely be a company we call for future services. Thank you to Jake and the whole anytime plumbing crew.

    Hired Anytime Plumbing to install a shutoff valve before our new refrigerator was delivered. Francisco showed up and was great. As we were talking about the job he showed us that we didn’t really need any work done; that we could shut the water off easier without the valve. He was in and out in about 10 minutes and was both friendly and honest. While we didn’t actually need Anytime Plumbing for this job. Francisco was so wonderful we’ll be sure to call them again for our next plumbing project!

    Have used anytime Plumbing for years and years both for plumbing and AC needs. My latest adventure was replacing a toilet, Francisco was awesome. I was most impressed with his friendliness while being attentive to detail and the seamlessness of his taking stuff in and out and keeping track of his tools…. it’s been a week and all is good as expected. Anytime Plumbing has always been available in a timely manner- – even calling to remind me for the winter/summer regular maintenance service….     I am very happy with our tech Jerry. It took him several days to complete the work which ended with him replacing our main water line from the street to the manifold. It was not easy, he had to bring in a jackhammer to break through the caliche. He kept me informed of progress and did a great job of cleaning up and replacing the rocks. It did take a week to get him to the house because Anytime he as so busy, but I am thoroughly happy with his work and Anytime Plumbing.
