  Employees polite. My hairdresser was very knowledgeable. But they want $20 for a shampoo. The cut is $23. So for almost the same price!!?? I was very disappointed.

  Gone here once before and they were exceptional, but I went in today and was the worst experience yet. The stylist was moving my head around roughly and then would complain that my head was not in the right position. Apart from messing up my hair, she did not take into account what I wanted and just wanted to rush me out the door. Would not recommend to go at all.

  Supercuts is a easy quick place to get your hair cut if you do not want to pay a lot of money. The area is out of the way and not regularly visited. The staff is low and when it gets busy there can be a wait. The hairdressers do a good job, did not have a problem and the haircut was what was asked for. There are options if you want to get a little fancier such as the Tea Tree Special Wash (additional cost). They wash your hair and massage your scalp while a warm towel is placed on your face. It is a nice little indulgence that is not very costly.

  I asked for a inch off. I think she misunderstood and did a inch and half EXTRA! Not happy at all. She sat me down first asked me what I wanted and I said just a trim off the ends of my layers. After shampooing which was hurt She starts cutting my hair she decided to cut more then what we discussed and making a new layer pattern for my hair that actually makes me look like a pooddle. Adding that was also very uneven. The products she used where nice but that’s the extent of nice that happened during my visit…

  This was our go to for years but not anymore. On our last and final visit we had two young females who did not put much care and effort with us and were speaking Spanish profanity while working. Obviously, we didn’t appreciate that so we now go to Supercuts on Davis Rd. The hairdressers there are polite and have been very professional with us. Over here you’ll be receiving service from immature brats. They have different hairdressers every time!

  Good service. Wait time is minimized by online check-in which puts you in line and sends a text message (optional) 15 minutes before your turn. My actual wait was about 5 minutes after arrival. Nice haircut, reasonable price.
