  Cozy place. Stuff to do while waiting. Setting an appointment probably best. Minimum time in chair is an hour, I think. They certainly care for you. And the wash is after the cut! Always thought that made sense.

  If you have some time on your hands and want to get pampered a little bit, this is the place to go. It’s set up in a converted home so there are little rooms everywhere creating a cozy environment. With every service you get a complimentary drink (alcohol or soda) and a cigar. You can spend some time outside on their patio overlooking Mesa street with a great view into downtown. My haircut was meticulously done with straight razor edging, a shampoo with hot face towel, and a shoulder massage to finish it up.

  Wow what an amazing experience!!

  My husband and I were traveling and he needed a haircut and beard trimming before work early the next morning and we couldn’t have picked a better location for these services. The hospitality was unmatched, as we were greeted with complementary drinks in a lavished location.

  While my husband got pampered by Jack who did a phenomenal job, Laura kept me entertained with conversation and a friendship was born!

  All I can say is wow. What a unique establishment this is. Came with my husband for a full bachelor worthy treatment. He walked out so relaxed and looks AMAZING. The staff was very attentive and treated us like a king/ queen. We enjoyed the classic barber shop style atmosphere it was like stepping into 1955 with a modern twist. 10/10 service and experience we will be returning.

  Totally butchered my daughter’s hair right before she started school. She was detestated. Some lady with red hair that was totally clueless. They somehow managed to take my review off,

  So scheduled at 1pm they closed at 2
  I walked in and instead of being greeted it was do you already have an appointment? So from the start I should have just walked out. Next the lady I got was very rough with my head. The entire reason I love going to sportsclips is because all the other 8 times I have gone to one they take their time and are always careful not to scratch my head with the #2 blade and she did this the entire time. I should have made her stop the second she touched my head but I just had to bear down and deal with it because no one else was available. Next let’s get to the shampoo first off the chair was not there normal massage chair and she had to manually lift it up so I could have my legs up slightly, next I could tell she was gonna rush so I actually counted the Amount of seconds and I got a 30 sec shampoo and I paid for a double so then it was only another 30 sec conditioner she did. Wasn’t any massage on my face like they normally do. So if you can’t tell where this is going let’s get to the final the massage, counted and got 45seconds and she called it. And asked if I was ready to go. You bet I was definitely ready to go I’ll never be back there and to keep in mind I always tip 20$ I tipped 2$ just because I didn’t want to be rude.
  Don’t ever go to this place I would highly recommend going to anywhere else.

  I’ve been here many times for my son and husband and this last visit he came out looking very handsome!
  Joseph is the first person here who went above just a basic haircut.
  He was very nice and knew what we wanted without having to over complicate it.
  The fade was perfect and the lines were CLEAN(plus no red bumps).
  I usually have to ask for them to clean it or fix it and it comes out okay, but with Joseph, he knew exactly what he was doing.
  Kind of feels like he’s the only person who knows how to cut hair at Sports Clips lol
  I definitely recommend asking for Joseph!

  I went in this shop very excited to get a hair cut. The staff hired inexperienced hair stylist. I didn’t like the service they gave and the price was 28 dollars for this haircut that came out horrible. I had asked for a buzz cut and a low fade and I wore a hat and it looked like I didn’t take off the hat and it just came out bad and I had a lot of little hairs sticking out of my hair and my fade was uneven and was a high fade. The haircut it’s self was very expensive and came out horrible. Now I have to wear hats, hoodies, beanies, and jackets to cover the horrible cut they did. I waited a while and there wasn’t nobody there except two people and 3 stylist but took them almost 45min to a hour to get my haircut. I don’t recommend this shop in El Paso TX located in The Fountains or any location. Save your money instead of paying $28 and go get a $10 haircut instead of this ripoff and over priced haircut.

  Was highly satisfied with this barber’s shop, staff was professional and courteous. Shop was clean and comfortable. Being that I’m older I’m not into the younger scene with a lot of the music that is played at most of the barber shops around town. This one I can deal with since it had more of a mellow tone. The Barber Chris that cut my hair and trimmed my goat tee was on point. I was highly satisfied with the work and am sure will be back in the future. If you’re looking for a good barber shop with a more relaxed environment (not so loud & obnoxious) I highly recommend this place. I also would highly recommend Chris for a cut. Give them a go.

  This place is great! Very customer friendly. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted and offered a free drink. I went today and it happened to be their four year anniversary. They were grilling hamburgers and hot dogs outside and were offering everyone a free plate, no matter if you were getting a haircut or not! You don’t see that too often! I went in and got my haircut by Bryan, who I HIGHLY recommend, and he cleaned me up really well. He even told me to come back next Saturday as it’s the day of my daughter’s quince, and he would clean me up again before the big day. All the people there are great. They’re like a big family and they talk to you like they’ve known you forever. Bryan will make you laugh until you are in tears! Yes, they are more expensive than the big chain hair places, but you get what you pay for. Totally worth it. I highly recommend and will continue to get my haircut there. Thank you for being such a great business and for treating your customers like family!

  New Generations is a top tier barbershop. From their excellent service/ hospitality to the punctuality of their appointment times, these guys are amazing. I specifically get my haircut by Bryan and he is such a stand up barber, I would recommend him to anyone needing a cut. The place is clean, well kept and they even offer complimentary beverages as you wait. This place is what a 5 star business with 5 star employees like Bryan looks like!

  Not once have I been disappointed during my visit with Bryan. Not only did he take care of me, he corrected my children’s cuts from a different barber as well. Bryan is very professional and meticulous about his work. His attention to detail displays how passionate he is about his craft. 10/10!!!

  My hair is so long and curly, I admire anyone who can even remotely tame it -_- with that being said… I came to this barbershop to get my hair colored, and get my tips trimmed, which I try to avoid at all cost. OMG, Bryan worked miracles! not only taming my hair! He also, Lifted, Toned, & Colored my hair! I was blown away how well he did! I normally go to salons for this kind of service, I never would have guessed I would have received such flawless results at a barbershop!?! Bryan is an absolute master of his craft. Excellent Music, Sports, Movies all playing all at once. I even left with a Coke Zero & some milky ways for the ride home =) Come see what this place is all about!!! Ask 4 Bryan!
