Their prices have skyrocketed so dramatically over the last two years it’s ridiculous. They pretty much doubled their prices and I was informed they will be raising prices again shortly, and their service isn’t even above average. Definitely not worth going here and I will never be back. There are several other options I would rather use for a better quality wash. I mean, come on guys, $40 for a car wash that used to only cost me $25 ? Seriously? What a total rip off. For $40 I can go to seaside and get a full hand wash and mini detail. Byea year agoWent to have my car polished with a machine. It was a terrible job. There was still stuff on top of my paint that I could peel off with my fingernail. Swirl marks all over it. Not impressed at all. Do not take your car there for an outside detail.

5 months agoThis place used to do an amazing job many years ago. Came back after several years and was beyond disappointed. I’ve had middle/high schoolers do a better job at washing my vehicle. I paid for their full service $54 hand wash exterior/interior. The exterior has dirty water spots. The interior is even worse they didn’t even put any effort. They even put any fragrance at all. I have rubber floor mats and they didn’t even bother to hose it down with water. My interior looks basically the same before/after. Wouldn’t go back here complete waste of time and money.5 months ago$39.99 is what a full service car wash cost here.
I don’t know if that’s market price.
Mr. Happy at the front when you first get here could be a bit more customer experience oriented since.
The facility is nice and clean.
a year agoIf this is your first time here it can be a little confusing. They don’t have clear procedures therefore you rely on the workers to guide you around the lot based on the ticket they place on your windshield. They need to do a better job with their attention to customers, I sat in my car in one lane, while 4 cars passed through. I asked “am I in the right lane” and he responded “yeah, I’ll get you right now bro” while he let those 4 cars through that arrived before me. Don’t get wrong, it’s a good deal but they definitely need to organize themselves.a year agoIt was my first time going to this car wash and they did a good job! They did an awesome job on my car, I will definitely be coming back
When i visit splash car wash I typically go for the $54 wash which is a full service inside and out. The past few times I have selected this service my car isn’t fully cleaned. Rims, tires and black plastic that requires the shine does not have it applied. The inside of the car also does not get much attention. I always leave a tip for the workers as I understand it happens but its been too frequent as of lately.
Splash car wash has made some improvements lately, especially with a new supervisor working up front and all around the facility. His name is Steven. Very helpful. Very respectful. Making sure the guys are taking care of our cars
I am very pleased with this place.Friendly people, great lobby with restroom that’s really nice. My car looks great. I got the ceramic service. I will definitely keep going back.
The workers are the best got complemented on my car, yet the wash it self is horrible. There was somehow still dust and dirt on my rear trunk and my wheels are covered in some brown sludge when I paid for my tires to be shined, which weren’t really shined.
