  Bad experience with behavior of one staff.
  Hi this is Ashwini.This is on behalf of my fiancee. He was there to get a hair cut on Monday and one of the staff was stalking my fiance and kept staring at him. This felt very awkward to him, it was so uncomfortable for him. He would have ignored it if it was once or twice, but this happened many times. He couldn’t directly give feedback as it was a woman. I don’t know the name, but he informed me that it was a short lady, she needs to learn some discipline and how to behave with customers.

  Despite this, the service was very good and hygienic.

  The first thing this place requires is pest control and a refurbishing desperately. Cleanliness is one of the most important things post pandemic most of us are concentrating on wherever we go, but this place is exactly opposite of what I had expected. They don’t give u a break up of bill. Only cash or Gpay is accepted, no other payment method accepted like card etc. Staff is courteous, they have required skill to do their job.

  Got pedicure done. Service was good. Staff was polite and can speak Hindi. Two stars off for the deceiving prices. In my experience Naturals is a large chain and their prices are fixed thought out the country. But here in Tumkur it does not seem to apply. Firstly the price book was scribbled in. Very unprofessional. It showed one pricing and what they actually charged was different. Even after applying membership it didn’t make much difference. And I almost forgot! don’t forget to add 14% taxes on top. It felt over priced. Unfortunately will not be returning here again.

  This lakme saloon in tumkur doesn’t have standards like other lakme saloons.. Service was not upto the mark.. They should have patience to listen to the customer requirements and do accordingly..
