2 weeks agoI went to try the chicken wings and even though the drive thru clerk was sweet and inviting the food was not as inviting to say the least. When you think of chicken you want it hot and fresh, well mine had been sitting there for some time because it was not cooked to order. The skin was rubbery and I wanted the fries but they were out ( go figure) so I got Luke warm noodles with imitation cheese sauce. I should have cooked at the house.3 months agoI don’t really understand why this place gets such low marks. I usually buy family meals from here once every other week, and we’ve received nothing but courteous, accurate, and swift service. The dining area is clean as well, which is quite surprising seeing that this side of town and this neighborhood might call for a less appealing establishment.4 months agoDon’t even bother coming here. They are out of everything. Only had legs and thighs Mac and cheese is watered down. And on there fountain drinks only Mtn dew. But the worst thing there are the biscuits they are awful 🤮2 months agoI thought I ordered a bucket of chicken n even my friends ask if I got hot wings really worst advertising ever I highly don’t recommend 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎a month agoThey NEVER have most of the menu items. I’ve gone multiple days now to ask if they have any pot pies and they say no every time. I asked when they will be in stock and they say tomorrow afternoon/evening. I show up to see if they have them and they say no again. I built the courage to ask why and they said because they don’t have the ingredients to make them, like what?? :/ I feel like if you go any time in the evening they get lazy and don’t want to cook the things that are probably harder to make so they say they don’t have it. I have gone way to many times and have gotten the same “we don’t have any” response. Go to the other location and save your time

a month agoWarning ⚠️ Do not eat here Disgusting place. Employees do not wash their hands . Ordered a Chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. Lady at the register didn’t wash her hands and made the sandwich. It’s a actually a biscuit. Fries were burnt and had hair in them. Nasty 🤢 and disgusting. This place should be closed.a month agoThe new nuggets are really good, very similar to those of Chick-fil-A. The sweet lightning mt dew was delicious….its peach flavored! They really need to start selling this in cans and bottles! Back to the nuggets… they were nice and crispy even tho it did take me a while to get back to work and start chopping on them. I got the KFC signature sauce and BBQ, but honestly the nuggets were better without sauce. The Mac and cheese was pretty decent as well.in the last weekThis location despite being right by the air port never has chicken ready. It’s always a 40 min wait. That’s for all chicken. But they do have potpies in the hot box. This location sux.2 years agoThey earned the 2 stars because I was in and out if the drive thru in no time, that’s also because none of the food that I got was fresh!!! My chicken sandwich didn’t have any pickles and hardly any mayonnaise and it was hard to bite into because it had been sitting for God knows how long. The fries tasted great but we’re very old because they were hard to chew and you can tell they weren’t fresh. Nothing was made fresh…I bought enough food for a family of 5 and it wasn’t worth the money I spent. I will keep going to Popeyes, if you want a chicken sandwich then get it from popeyes…hands down 10 times better!!!3 months agoDavid Silva was one of the best most professional managers I have ever seen. Courteous and quick. Please promote this man to store Manager. He makes our visits very pleasant and that comes from a family that eats there weekly.

This taste of this KFC is not different from other in El Paso. But this outlet is a bit slow ok n drive though. Also they are not responsive regarding the orders, cause they forgot about small things like catch-up, no ice mentioned etc. But overall good.
Polite staff had my food out quickly. Great food. My Hot Chicken tenders weren’t too oily or too dry. They were just right and had a nice spicy kick. The seasoned fries were pretty good. And the peach Mountain Dew goes good with everything.
Went to drive through and I asked for plates they said, unless I’m eating inside the restaurant we don’t get plates or utensils. I explain to her am I going to eat the sides with my hands and she said well that’s on you then I asked her for the manager and she said she was in charge, but was not the manager then I asked what time would be good to come by and speak to manager and regarding the situation she said she doesn’t know what time and I asked for the name of the person and they said they are not allowed to give the name either so obviously, you’ll never know who’s running the restaurant because nobody knows who it is, very poor service . Will not return again.I think the lady I spoke to was Angels.
Best KFC! Angel was super friendly and even asked how many plates I needed. Keep up the good work. The chicken was really good.
Great service and attitude also got our order right which was tricky. Asked if we could sub fries out and response was of course with pleasant tone. Great job
