2 months agoMy wife wanted to stop in and get a few chicken tenders for lunch. I decided to get a couple pieces of chicken. I got 2 chicken thighs. Well 1 and a half. One was fine, but the other one looked like it was taken from a pigeon I see flying around town. The order I got actually came with a biscuit as well. I opened the box and it looked very juicy, well it was juicy all right. Right out of the fryer to my box. The thighs were so dam greasy that I had to grab some extra napkins I had in the car, just to soak up the grease. Now I remember why it’s been a couple years since I have eaten KFC, I ordered the original recipe, but all I could taste was grease soaked batter. Once I blotted off the pieces it was somewhat edible. My wife got her tenders that she said were actually pretty good. Looks like I will have to try and find a place that actually has a decent fried chicken. KFC just didn’t impress me at all. Sorry but I think I could do a better job at frying chicken.3 months agoWhat a horrible experience! I went inside and waited over 20 minutes before even being acknowledged by someone who said they would be right with me. Before then, several employees approached the register I was standing in front of, but made no eye contact with me. They were busy talking on their cell phones and laughing with one another. Although there were some cars in the drive-thru, I was the only person in the dining room aside from a woman who had already ordered & was waiting to be served. During my long wait, a total of 5 patrons entered & then left after witnessing the lack of urgency being displayed by the employees. As my wait time approached the 30-minute mark, I decided to follow those other patrons and walk out as well, leaving that woman who had already ordered behind. I’ve been to busy restaurants before but typically get recognized by a staff member to let me know they see me and more often than not, apologize for the long wait. We’ve had poor service from this store in the past, but today’s encounter was unacceptable and represents my final visit to this KFC. I can’t imagine ownership is aware of how this store is being so poorly managed but then again, with so many negative reviews on Google, you have to wonder how they wouldn’t. In the end, I drove over to Chicken Rico right around the corner (which is where I should’ve visited initially) and had a much healthier meal with far superior customer service. This place is a joke.2 months agoWent through the drive-through. Paid $56 for a 16 piece meal and cake. Didn’t get my cake. No thighs, 1 breast and the rest were legs and wings. FF containers were half full. Had to wait 15 minutes for my order. NEVER AGAIN3 weeks agothe service tonight was so great! And they double checked for our sauce 😊 thank you to the guy who took our order- you were way more pleasant than fast food usually is!!!!2 months agoThey didn’t have fries so they told me, saying someone forgot to order them. This lady orders the same food I said did they say no fries she said NO. I said your kidding me??? She got fries I didn’t???? I should have just got my money back. The place was dirty ! Service was awful and food sucked. My last visit for sure, close the dump up.

I guess this is what happens when you hire young teenagers/adults to do an important job.🤦♀️a year agoOrdered a breast and wing meal and as you can see, the wing is no bigger than my thumb. Unacceptable for what they charge for a meal. What a shame that a restaurant would think this is acceptable to serve a customer who keeps them in business. The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is the young man that took the drive thru order was very nice and professional.6 months agoPossibly one of the worst KFC’s. It’s 8:45 PM and they have closed the lobby. The sign says 9 PM. You never get a high or thank you at this location. The staff is so rude. I’m not sure if they’re doing the recruitment at the local correction facility but it is totally unacceptable. There’s four cars in the drive-through and it takes them a good 25 minutes. If the owners could just go across the street and look at how Chick-fil-A is run and take some pointers. Every time I come chicken pot pie is sold out. Also, it is only 9 o’clock and they’re also out of chicken tenders.5 months agoVery pleasant ladies working in the drive thru. They had very good drive thru etiquette. I hope KFC can manage to keep these pleasant ladies working there. It made the experience of ordering my food a little better. Food overall was okay especially the nee nuggets they have now.

There is always a issue at this location, between not having certain food during peak hours to the service being poor. Today I order a simple meal and the employee took at least 15mins to come to the mic. It took him 4 times to get my order right. Then I went to pay and he acted as if I was bothering him as he was holding a personal conversation with another team member. The gold teeth and no hair net wasn’t fitting for the job. Once I got home the food was cold and the biscuit was hard as a board. This is the last I’ll be going to this location.
This location have really declined, I ordered 8 piece chicken that was old a greasy 8 strips only got 6 called and told them about it whomever answered told me if I came back that same day I’d get 6 strips got ther get the box there was only 2 I don’t live around the corner if I’d known I was only getting 2 I’d never came all the way back for 2 strips. $30 wasted.
So I purchased 2 large meals not that hard right, so first they give me a medium cup so I’m like just come on as long as the food correct I’m ok I get home I have a small fry I ask for no pickles I have pickles and my chicken not cooked in the middle still cold, customers service was pretty good but taking orders and making the food need a serious upgrade and I’m definitely not going to kfc again smh
Waste of time and effort!
Ordered for PICKUP online at 0740pm, email confirmation claimed food would be ready at 0755pm. I drove and arrived at the store @0815pm, main restaurant was closed, so I had to queue with the drive-thru line to pick up the order. When I got to window at around 0825pm, I was told that my food was not ready and I was instructed to go around and queue again for it to be ready (take note that there were a lot of cars on queue, hence why I ordered online to be able to skip the queue and pick up my order right away)… so I went around and queued again, I arrived at the window the 2nd time around at 0840pm, and I was told again that the food was not ready. I explained that I had ordered 1 hr ago, to which I got the reply of “we know.” I was assured that the food would be ready in 20 minutes and was asked to wait and queue again after 20 mins had passed. 0900pm came around and i queued again–when I got the order station, I was told again that the food was not ready and I was PROMISED that my order would be ready in 12 mins because their fryers died and cooled down (yeah right). I patiently waited again, and when 0912pm came around, I was told that they only had the crispy chicken instead of the original recipe that I had ordered online. I asked them if they didn’t see that I ordered the original or if I ordered incorrectly. I was brushed off, and at this point, I just opted to take it as I had been waiting for more than an hour and a half for this order. It took until 0925 for them to hand me my completed order.
Had I known that the original recipe that I had previously ordered was unavailable, I would not have opted to wait in the first place and would have just asked for a refund from my online order. And take note that the entire time, I was outside in my car driving around the lot, being instructed to go around time and again–talk about a waste of time and gas. NO EXPLANATION, NO APOLOGIES, NO TRANSPARENCY on what is really going on. Wasted 1 hr and 45 mins, which I will never get back.
Do better. So much for “FAST FOOD”
What is going on with fast food establishments? The level of service is unbecoming. I was in this location today, and a older gentleman placed his order, they didn’t have the pieces he desired so he agreed on a substitute (Drum Stick) he was cool about it. They gave him his order, he checked it and they GAVE HIM A MINI WING DING. A DRUMETTE. He was visibly upset and wanted a refund, which was rightly deserved. They told him they don’t do refunds, and ganged up on him verbally like he did something wrong. Treated him FOWL. 0.5/4. Do Better. How was it his fault? Then told him to sit down for 17 minutes and wait for the new batch?? Close this store! Gave him A WING DING. Not a Drumstick, and acted like he was the problem 🤦🏾♂️. A Wing Ding!!
