  I went there three times.. For the first two times the experience was good.. But last year I went there for hair straightening, they told me they were doing that but they did keratin.. They don’t even told me about the keratin treatment.. After shampoo my hair became dull, frizzy and just like the previous one. No one even understand that I did straightening when I told that my hair stylist SADAF he told me it’s just because of the breakage and suggested another heat process.. They actually don’t think about the customer problem.. They only took care about their Goodwill.. So this year I am going for Jawed Habib salon.. So please be cautious and careful..

  I went to this salon almost after 2years..worst service and management. They are using EXPIRED product for hair spa(men).
  Rating should be in NEGATIVE.
  They don’t have proper senior stylist and if you ask them about it, they will say “all stylists are senior!”
  I went there for multiple services like hair cut, spa face clean up.
  For the Special Men hair spa for which they are charging almost Rs 1800. They are using 4 types of Biotop products. Luckily I checked two items and found one of the product expired on DEC 2021 and another on July 2022.aded photo for your help.
  Please be careful!

  Inspite of mentioning and specifically
  Asking for crystal pedicure, while actually doing it I saw that they were not using the right material. When asked and questioned they started blabbering all nonsense that this is what they do for crystal. When I went to the reception and complained they mentioned that material was probably not there and said we will reduce 100rs wherein the normal pedicure should be at least half price. This is absolutely pathetic service and I can understand why the popularity of this is now in shakles. Id strongly suggest everyone to avoid the salon all together.

  Horrible experience! This was the first time I went there and this is the last time too. Only because there are so less options that is why people are compelled to come here, otherwise had there been more options I doubt how many customers they could get in a day. The front desk has an arrogant attitude. There was only one customer when I went, still I had to wait for half an hour to get a service. I went there for hair cutting, told that right after I went inside. The lady in the front desk told me to wait, then I was sitting and waiting, the staffs were chatting and taking glances at me but nobody really bothered to buck up. Then after half an hour when again I approached the lady a man with a laid back attitude came and asked me to go and sit on the chair. Then another boy came and started cutting my hair as if he is doing some kind of charity. Then half way he left and handed over the rest of the cutting to another boy!! How ridiculously uprofessional service is this? I will never go back again!

  Clean place, very courteous staff. Very affordable. You get what you pay for. Do not expect something extraordinary here. I would recommend this for good affordable haircut and grooming. They have maintained the place well during the Covid pandemic by sanitizing the place.

  I went for a haircut today and firstly wasn’t at all satisfied with the work even after showing an exact picture of what haircut I wanted… Secondly when asked for bill, they didn’t provide us with a bill saying it takes extra GST and since it was their closing time almost we couldn’t ask them again.
