  This Walmart is stocked well. It is also clean and the workers are very helpful. They have a wonderful pharmacy also. The only problem I run into at any Walmart is they never have enough handicap ♿ parking. Ever since they began online shopping Walmart has designated 1 whole parking section to online orders (which rarely has anyone parked in it ) it has caused a decrease of handicap ♿ parking availability. Great store, horrible parking.

  Store pick-up is HORRIBLE. Not sure why this store still have this as an option here. You can never get anyone on the phone to let them know you’ve arrived for pick-up. The 1st time I waited ovee 15mins. An associate finally just came out on his own. He stated their phone lines were down in pickup. I told him I tried calling the main line as well to reach them & that the lines must’ve been down in the entire store. He stated “No, they just never answer the phones up there “. Fast forward to today. Same thing. No one answered in pick-up (went straight to voicemail). Tried the main line…NO ANSWER. If they don’t want to provide the service at tgis location, then just DISCONTINUE it. Took exactly 15mins from start to finish at this location.
  Definitely would not have had this experience at Target. So wish there were more Target locations nearby. Definitely will not be coming back here. Will just have to take that ride to Target & avoid the frustration.

  This store has some of the most rudest people the work here. And when I asked to speak with the store manager they replied that they didn’t know the their last name. The reason why this store has not grown is because of the workers and the front never has enough cashiers to help you. So very sad.

  My experience was great!!! Items were accessible and easy to find. Store was neat, organized, and clean. Cashier Amani was polite and patient. Tijah was very helpful and kind she directed me to the aisle for the hot sauce. Jarmeshia and Narkeshia were also helpful, kind, and patient.   The worst with pickup orders my order was due to be picked up at 12noon I sat outside and waited for 45 minutes waiting I decided to go in with a polite positive attitude I might add and offered to help I went picked up my own order and they still didn’t complete the transaction. Manager Cliff came to front after being called three times to not help me out either. It’s now 1:30pm as we are speaking and my order was due to be picked up at 12pm. I had to cancel my online order in which I didn’t receive my funds back until 2 business days but my account was charged. Think twice before ever doing a grocery preset here

  I did an online pick up only for it to be not be ready on time. This is not the first it have happen. This time the lady told me that there was 400 orders she need to do and they have 24 hours to fill my order if it’s not ready on time. What is the whole point of reserving a time if you not going to get your groceries at the time you put in your order. I was there waiting for 2 hours then told me to come back in the morning to see if my order was ready. Why would I do that and u just said you have 400 orders to do. I do not recommend you do an online order with this store if you need your food. Like I said this was not the first I had a delayed order with them but at least the last two times I didn’t have to wait until the next day to get my food.

  10/29 – it has been 2 months since this happened. I am checking in to say I have not received a courtesy call from management. Neither has my money been refunded.
  9/6: Negative!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
  Just to follow-up with everyone, including Corporate if you are reading this. Walmart has still not refunded my money after cancelling my order and emailing me the confirmation. Why?? Walmart takes people’s money and we have to fight tooth and nail to get it back. They have taken it and just think how much money they made by investing those $.

  Everyone – I am probably the only person who deals with WalMart that did not know this little piece of information that I am getting ready to share. THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD WHEN YOU CANCEL A CURBSIDE ORDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That’s right. Oh, and you have to wait 7 – 10 business days for it to be returned to your account. Who does that? I ordered on 8/17 at the 9839 Old Hammond Highway, Baton Rouge, LA. I realized it was the wrong store location. This is where I had picked up the prior week and forgot to change back to my regular location. So 8/18 on the day of pick up, I cancelled. I received a cancellation email and text. That morning, the charges were pending, but by the afternoon they were taken out of my account. I tried calling the store from 8/18 – 8/20 and could not reach anyone. I called corporate and they gave me the transaction numbers and suggested I contact my bank. Well, I’m still waiting for my money and will not order from WalMart again. Just take this as a little nugget of valuable information.
  MAKE SURE TO NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER, UNLESS YOU DON’T MIND WAITING 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT.
  WalMart is not what it used to be. I see why they have lost customers. I would rather pay more money and shop where I can trust the retailer to deliver, stands by their BRAND and values the customer.

  This store is poorly managed in every department. There is never enough checkout lines open, never stocked with products, rude associates and the pharmacy is a joke, they messed up a simple prescription for my husband and now bc of this, he cannot fill it again. Walmart needs to either close this store or, at the very least, fire the store manager and start over. It’s stores like this one that cause the public to hate Walmart.
