    You know it’s the same ole thing every time you go to any Walmart. They never have any registers open. Why have all these check out lanes but never open them. I prefer to be checked out by humans. I do not work here nor do they give any discount for checking my self out. Come on Walmart do better.

    Store was not stocked with items I needed. Although the store was empty shelves. Employees were stocking shelves, but what good is that doing me . Most are so busy talking to each other, they don’t have time to wait on customers . 😒 Most of them , don’t even look up and see if they can help. Well after I finish , there was about 20 items I needed and couldn’t find or they they were out. No Employee around to help.

    checked for two tires took 30 minutes. after another hour and a half we find out the service manager and tech went to lunch with no eta on return. we canceled our purchase and left . Went to Greens tire the next morning. 20 minutes start to finish. better tires for the money.

    It’s Walmart. There were maybe 2 lanes open, otherwise you have to do Walmart’s job and check yourself out if you’re willing to wait in a line of 20. Its sad to see that nobody wants to work these days due to our government. I don’t feel like doing the work of a cashier after a long day of working at my own job.

    Wish this corporation would stop being cheap and pay people wages that would make them actually want to work instead of continuing to live off of the working class.

    You all should seriously fire the crew that brings pick up orders out. They are never on time. EVERYTIME I use this location I wait at 30 minutes after my pick up time has passed. It’s ridiculous. 644 on hwy 28 is out of my way but it’s worth going to.

    Overall it’s alright, the same as most other walmarts. The only thing that I didn’t care for was I was there when they were closing and they were super pushy and rude about getting people out of the store. I get it they are ready to get off work. But repeating the same thing over and over again on the Entercom one announcement after the other was super annoying .

    Most grocery items were adequately stocked. Long wait times to check out as only three registers open then cashier tells you to wait when you’re holding large (heavy) items for her to scan. Customers shouldn’t get an attitude when they are trying to help the cashier. Parking lot has too much “hanging out” even with the police cameras monitoring.

    Clean. Nice employees. Definitely packed at the self checkout because they only have 2 regular checkouts working. If they are cutting workers that much and mot using those checkouts, they might as well remove them and put something else there.

    As usual they always have everything you need. But it seems like more and more I arrive at the late hours from a hectic day but even then thanks to the self checkout at night it’s still pretty fast at the register. So despite all my grumbling about the self checkouts months ago it appears it has been a positive effect and check out time at Walmart late tonight so thanks again Walmart for improving and not listening to grumpy Old Men like me and until next “time in a minute”.

    Packed as usual. But the customer service in deli and bakery was amazing. Went in to get a last minute birthday cake for a 7 year old. And a worker from deli ended up helping us by writing happy birthday on the cake and getting us the decorations we needed and even helped us out with getting a different box to put the cake in to make it look not so last minute. His attitude was very approachable which made it easy to ask for help. But I can’t say the same for the employees in electronics. They were really stiff and honestly they made me not even want to buy my new playstation 5 controller ended up getting my boyfriend to go and pay for it while I walked to checkout upfront to pay for the rest of our stuff.
