    The entire store seemed in disarray. There were pallets of unstocked item spilling into the ground at nearly every isle cap. Other customers behave ignorantly. Staff was OK. Don’t recommend.

    Today I encountered a a situation today while shopping in you’re store that made me feel uncomfortable and a bit scared a guy that works there walked in the bathroom whenever I was in the bathroom. Just know that there was no cleaning carts of any kind blocking either guys or women’s door. He waited until I went to the restroom to go in behind me a couple of minutes later. If it wasn’t for the 🔒 on the stalls door of the bathroom I don’t know what I would have done. What if someone’s child was in there alone with him who knows what could of happened. Just watch out ladies and parents watch out for your Kiddos going to the restroom today. Just letting others know what happened to me . I had told my cousin earlier what happened and got her to post on a group chat that she is on.

    I haven’t been inside Walmart in almost 2 years. There wasn’t much selection in clothing departments. I was shopping for winter clothes for teen boy and teen girl. The shelves and shoes were almost empty. The plus size selection was a few racks not my of a selection. I did enjoy shopping for bath items and home ideas. Just wish there were more clothing.

    I went to return some items that had broken in the past few months and was told I could not return them without a receipt even though I explained they were no longer functional. I was told this was the store manager’s decision despite the plac above their personal desk wall that states items can be returned with reason without a receipt. I’ve been shopping here since I moved in August last year and I won’t be returning to this store, I’m gonna go to Kroger and Lowes instead for what I need. If they’re going to sell merchandise with cheap parts they should have a return policy that reflects the quality.

    They always take care of what ever I seem to have an issue with its not hard to give them 5 stars ,the credit needs to go to the employees , especially when prices have all gone sky high and thrifty shoppers have to make adjustments just to feed their families.

    This is a very different Walmart to say the least. I went in to exchange a Christmas gift for my little one. I didn’t have the receipt bc it was a gift. I was told no exchanges and no returns over $20. I came from out of town bc the website said the toy was in stock. It wasn’t. The store opens at 6a but the service desk opens at 7a. I am also familiar with what Wal-Mart plans to do in the future and it looks like it’s starting the most here. On a more positive note the door greeter was friendly and the restrooms were clean. However I was very disappointed with the overall experience and wasted my time and gas.

    Long but worth the read… ALISHA IS MY HERO!!! 😁
    Recently I used my Walmart app to order some things online. One item was being shipped from somewhere else and the others were coming from the store. When I placed the order the items from the store were set to be delivered to my house instead of picked up. They would be there the next day so I figured it would be fine. I didn’t know they use a third party delivery service. I didn’t get my order when I should have. App said it was failed to be delivered and would be at the store. I went to Walmart and it wasn’t there. They checked on it and it kept saying it was in transit to be returned. They couldn’t get in touch with the driver. By closing they decided to claim it as stolen. I was told by a manager I had to call 1800 Walmart to get a refund. That there was nothing they could do. I called multiple times but never could get through to a real person. I was later told by an employee that I should speak with a different manager named Alisha. The next day I got in touch with her. She was so nice and understanding and sympathetic. She gave me as much info as she could and said she’d do everything she could to fix it. ( We spoke multiple times over a two day period) I did some digging, made some phone calls, and was doing what I could to track the driver down. Walmart had also reported her. She shouldn’t have been able to pick up orders from them anymore. That night I finally figured out how to get someone from 1800 Walmart to call me and issue my refund. The following night I got a call/text from Alisha saying she got my order back. The driver had showed up to pick up another order! Alisha didn’t know how she managed that. (We believe she gave false information when signing up. The cell # was literally a bunch of 5s. ANYONE can sign up to be a driver for these delivery services and that’s scary!) When Alisha realized it was the same girl she confronted her. She had multiple orders in her trunk. She claimed she had gotten a flat and that’s why the orders hadn’t been delivered or returned. (Then why not call and tell management the situation or immediately return the items when arriving at Walmart instead of just trying to pick up more orders….) Alisha got back all the orders and told the girl she would never pick up from Walmart again. She called me not long after. Alisha went above and beyond to make things right. She never gave up. She was just so awesome and handled everything so professionally. She’s a great person and manager. She deserves a raise. I wish I could go into more detail about what she did for me but my post is already so long. If you ever have a problem at Walmart ask for Alisha, she’ll take care of you. I am grateful for her and will never forget what she did for me. (Those items were Christmas gifts for my kids.)
