  This place is garbage even by Walmart standards. So go to get in line “sorry we are closed” so does Walmart closr at 11 PM or 10:53? Its 11:04 more peoplr walking out with groceries. That’s ok. Y’all lost my familys business… and to the lazy self checkout girl. You explain this to the store manager. Your too lazy to even watch us do what should be your job. PATHETIC!

  I like this walmart more than others in Waco, but I would not recommend doing curbside pick-up. I thought it would be quicker to get a single thing in advance for pick-up than going in the store, but I ended up waiting over 45 minutes in my car just for one thing, and other cars around me had been there for even longer. I don’t know if it’s an organization or a staffing issue, but I would avoid it if you’re trying to do something fast.

  Parts of the store seemed to be in disarray. I needed cardstock and I’m pretty sure there’s not a run on this sort of thing, but that area was very messy. There was a very low supply but I was able to find what I needed. I found the cutest boy’s flannel jacket also. I did self checkout and the worker for that area became upset because he had to stop what he was doing to assist a customer and threw down his broom and knocked some things off the shelf. I had to ask for assistance next. He did assist but he didn’t want to. Maybe he was having a bad day.

  Great experience!! Stewart helped answer all my questions and even provide extra information regarding audio quality of specific SONY and Galaxy devices and accessories. A very knowledgeable employee, it helped a lot!

  I was informed that I could not exchange my Christmas present which was clothing. Because it was over $50. So I tried to exchange one and was informed I had to exchange everything. According to the online refund policy there is no mention of a dollar amount. I guess they want you to make copies of your receipts and attach them to the presents you give. Wal Mart needs classes in common sense!

  This Walmart has improved significantly over the last few months! For a long time, I have dreaded going here because it seemed like they were always out of something as basic as canned asparagus…. whatever it was I needed, ithey were out of it. I’m used to seeing employees on their cell phones instead of interested in helping customers and I have not seen this on my last two visits! There has been lots of staff and everyone seems very friendly and helpful! I am so happy with the improvement!

  This use to be a good store until about September/October last year. I refuse to go here anymore. They profile the wrong people. There are certain “types” they profile. One of their profiling is if you are heavily tattooed! I was comparing prices on a couple of things and here we goooooooo, get followed through the store. I went to get air fresheners for my car and was looking at what they had comparing prices, their security officer followed me to that isle, scanned the isle I was on. The only thing I was doing was carrying my phone in my back pocket and I have to because my HEARING AIDS are blue toothed to it and the last time, I took my phone out of my purse about 4 months ago, they stopped me at the front of the store in front of everyone and accused me of stealing. I was also using my phone to find what I needed in the different isles. I don’t even open my purse unless I am at the checkout because of my last experience there. Well, WALMART I am done. This is the 3rd time I have been profiled in this particular store. You should put that same energy into the real thief’s that are stealing from your store.

  Hate always having to find or wait for an associate when doing self checkout. It seems like there are 3 associates at the return counter but never anyone at checkout. HEB has it right. Usually 2 workers at all times to help the flow go smoothly. Very seldom do you have to wait for item approval or voids.

  Was at this location tonight and the customer service in the automotive department is trash. I went in got what I needed for my vehicle and went to the register. Other customers were still entering and exiting from that department so clearly it was STILL open. There were THREE employees/techs behind the counter and 1 was helping a lady with her car battery or what not and the other TWO stood around and cracked jokes. Ha!!! Way to do your JOB Walmart!!! I am still standing here 30 min later……..

  Bought an $84.00 Pulsar Pro hydro strike gun only to find out once it’s removed from box that it doesn’t work and store has an non return policy on item. It would have been great to have been told that at the time of purchase.This the 2nd time I have been burnt at Walmart buying something that’s non returnable. I’m not ever spending another penny at Walmart again!!

  Well it’s bellmead need I say more management is not inclusive but they are judgmental so that’s a plus they’d rather suffer short handed than hire help apparently now a days the state makes it very hard for the struggling people to try and make a forward progress dooming the to the justice system by default I do offer my services as a personal shopper if you don’t want to go inside who could blame you and there is no wait or fee for orders under 35$ we ho am I kidding I still charge 13 bucks an hr

  Walmart automotive, ea time you go there, they are short hand. They have a wall that shows about 7 employees, there is only 1 or 2 working. Whose doing the scheduling, the cashier n the worker complaining about no one’s here today and they have to do all the work and on top of that they want them to answer the phone. Oops
