a week agoThree days in a row I’ve come to this location in attempts to pay a bill at three separate times and every time the money center is closed other workers see you standing there looking to see you for hours and completely. Ignore you today. One lady stated that they go to lunch. Nobody else is able to work that area which is a huge inconvenience seeing as for three days in a row. I have attempted to pay a bill and never know what time they go to lunch or anything I never again will I use this location? Kroger is more convenient and usually has a better threshold of employees, but I’ve noticed a huge decline Just very inconvenient especially to not have anything posteda month agoI love Kroger, especially this one and I usually have a great experience until today. I went to self checkout with 6 items and my app wasn’t working too good and one of the items I had was on sale with the digital coupon. It didn’t show up when I hit total to pay for my items so I asked the cashier. She said that I had to use the digital coupon, I told her I did with the app. She said well I don’t see it and walked off. So I tried it a few times, I stood there so long that the automated voice on the register started saying help is on the way. I was thinking the cashier would come back and assist me but she just stood there and looked at me. So I left the stuff there in bags and went to another Kroger. I wish I had the cashiers name but she was an older black lady with glasses and a stiff wig. If she isn’t good with customer service or customer relations then maybe she should push carts from the parking lot back inside the store. I was in the store on Thursday July 20 between 3:15 and 4pm4 months agoLove this place , need some in Maryland, food well package and prices , such a variety of cooked , non cook and preseason foods10 months agoThis is my go to Kroger. It always has what I am looking for. The store is always well kept and there is usually a minimal wait to ring up. They have options for self check out and for check out through cashiers. The seafood and meat department staff Brian is always very nice and accommodating. The meat and seafood is fresh and a good price or special runs monthly.a month agoThe store only has 1 cashier in the whole store even at 5pm on a week night. Selection is great from produce, meat/seafood, deli etc. but does it matter when you have to stand in a self checkout line that’s from the front all the way to the back of the store.. bring back ACTUAL CASHIERS. When you have to wait in line for a hour it doesn’t matter to how fresh things are when you pick them. Frozen items are thawed by the time you get finished checking out.

I remember the first time I stepped into this Kroger’s. I thought well this is the best kept secret on this side of town! It has a little bit of everything. It also has some awesome selections for a variety of cuisines as well as dietary needs. This is my go to grocery store. I especially like the discount on gas. I wish the discounts rolled over to the next month automatically. I need to email Quaker Oats about a failed seal on their rice cakes but that’s not the stores fault.
A huge store, one of the biggest on the east coast. Very well maintained, clean with a friendly staff ! There’s something for bout all your needs ! It’s got a florist, sushi bar,Starbucks, cafe to eat at, big deli & bakery, large selection of Ukrops prepared food, large wine selection complete with a Bar ! 😳 Also big meat & seafood, a large home goods/houseware, clothing, shoes purses, a Little Clinic, office supplies, toys, even a seasonal area ! I highly recommend ya check it out !
A lot of people at this store are very nice. Two of the women that work self checkout are exceptional. The one working at 1:45 on 7/14 (older African American woman with mostly grey hair) is horribly rude. She makes me turn around and go back to another line. She is condescending, rude, and assuming. My error told me that a barcode didn’t register and she came over and argued with me that the issue was actually that my belt was too backed up. I cleared everything off my belt before she finally accepted that was not the issue, but continued to provide me another lecture about how my groceries can’t back up like that. Then I scanned a coupon and put it into the hole that was illuminated for “coupons” and when she came back I explained that to her and she said “well you shouldn’t do that. You’re supposed to hand it to me. It says to hand it to me.” Freaking obviously. I didn’t read the screen before putting the coupon into the highlighted hole beside it. The additional lecture is unnecessary and condescending. Her attitude is just awful. Makes me not even want to come back to this kroger.
I needed flowers but couldn’t find any arrangements already in vases that were what I needed. I asked the associate if she could arrange the bouquet I wanted in a vase and she was more than happy to help! It was a beautiful bouquet!!
The store itself is very good, don’t get me wrong. This review is strictly for the sushi. Normally it is very good and I have no complaints – I usually eat here weekly. Today, the sushi rolls were the width of my wedding ring (see pictures). They were even the same width of the lemon slice! This is 1/2 to 3/4 smaller than they should be and normally are. The sticker (pictured) says 17.5 oz. I get this same layout from the other Kroger down the street which is also 17.5 oz and they are the correct size. This is quite a rip off and false weight on the product. The entire thing didn’t taste good at all & the rice was hard. They need a whole new crew doing the sushi. Make it correctly, or don’t do it at all.
