2 weeks agoKroger was great. The stores in the area are always clean. I do wish customer service was open while the store is open because a lot of times, the employees can’t help with mistakes. However , the stores seem to be doing the same thing. It is though a very nice store.pin the last weekOur favorite and near by grocery stop. This place is nice and have all we need but I’m few quantities only. I wish they can improve on adding more quantities and varieties.7 months agoWent on a Saturday, 3 in the afternoon for lunch at the salad bar. Probably 1/3 of the salad bar was picked clean. The cashier in the salad area? Gone. Bakery for dessert? No one there. But, everyone we DID find was nice, store was clean, but I sure as heck won’t be going back for salad there.a year agoI don’t remember the names of the employees, but I went to the service desk around 8PM to rent a carpet cleaner, however, a sign was up that stating that the desk was closed, so I took my couple of items to the check out lane and then asked the cashier there to also rent a carpet cleaner. She was extremely helpful and kind. She asked her manager for assistance getting me set up with the carpet cleaner, but the manager told her to inform me that she was going on her break and that I would have to come back in 15 minutes to get it. The manager was not at all friendly. I was fine to wait, but she dictated to us that we would have to wait to be helped and then did not speak very nicely to myself or the employees she was interacting with.9 months agoI will always shop the Kroger’s on Carey Road in Westfield and Logan Street in Noblesville, because of the people who work there! John in the meat department at Carey Road rocks! The guys and gals who bring out the groceries for pick up are truly customer focused. Yesterday, our pick up time was delayed because of the overwhelming volume of orders. They discounted $15 on my order due to the inconvenience. I told them that it wasn’t necessary, but they were proud to do it with a smile and a thank you! Don’t forget to thank these dedicated employees who help make our family and friend gatherings more joyful. Much appreciation for these fine folks!!
