a week agoWas able to find what I needed and the store was neat and organized. Had a weird experience at self check out, the older gentleman who appeared to be managing the self check out grabbed my card from me while I was checking out and insisted on inserting it for me (the wrong way and ignored me when I said it was upside down) and pressed all of the buttons for me. Made me uncomfortable, won’t be returning to this locationin the last weekThis place is well stocked and has friendly cashiers and baggers. Best Kroger around!5 months agoWe love this Kroger – shout out to Linda in the floral department and Dennis at self checkout! They always make shopping a pleasure and make us smile 🙂This feels like a small town grocery store from back in the day!
a year agoThis is a terrible Kroger. However they’re are two employees here who deserve 5 stars. Dean the produce manager is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. He deserves a raise, promotion etc. Seriously one of the best Kroger employees I’ve encountered.6 years agoThe manager here is very rude. She discriminate against couponers. Their bathroom is the worst I’ve seen in my life. I was shopping here at 7am and the proof is in the pictures.

This store has gone down in quality since the pandemic. We utilize grocery pickup services due to disability. During the pandemic, there was never an issue and we received great care. Now they lose orders and have no available personnel for curbside service. I had a $170 grocery order lost and nobody responded.
Kroger is usually a fairly decent shopping experience. My only complaint would be the way that apparently Croats has decided to make the shelves extremely high and the aisles are extremely narrow.
Also they have s very bad habit of advertising a sale but you have to look closely because they will also include items which are not on sale with items that are. It’s the old bait and switch truck and all kroger stores do it to deceive the shoppers because they know that showers normally don’t watch prices at point of sale.
Very deceptive!
Do better for your current staff and hire some people to work your cash registers. It’s not fair to your current workers and customers. The line to self check is almost to the back of the aisle in this photo.
Almost every time I come here.. quit using a sign saying momentarily that leads people to believe under 5 min and that is stretching it I’m out her now with 3 others been here 20 min what’s going on it’s not lunch time is it no it’s 6:09 move let’s go ! May I suggest getting an exact time you got people that still use cash out here needing service unbelievable
So i left my dog in my car with the windows rolled down, and went inside for 5 minutes. Some older lady comes over the loud speaker asking the person with the dog to come to the customer service. my boyfriend walks up and she starts saying how abusive we are to our dog and claims we left our dog in a hot car with no windows rolled down. she never went out to check, and she claimed to have called the police on us. then as im on the phone with him, who goes out to see my dog, who is doing fine, just sticking his head through the window, she easedrops on my call, and comes up to me very rudily, in my face saying its 90 degrees and she called the police… fact check it was 79 degrees and she never called the police. we waited for them and they never came. having many jobs working with dogs id never put my dog in a situation where he could be harmed. she never came and checked on him once, had fake claims, was verbally rude, and was a liar.
