  This location is always very busy, luckily they have many self-service stations. I like that there are employees all around, should you need guidance for locating items. To my surprise this location carries a variety of sugar-free and dark chocolate treats. Additionally, there’s a large selection in the freezer section for vegetarians. I drive out of my way to go to this location for those reasons. As far as customer service, the staff keep their heads down and don’t really address the customers unless they have to. It would be nice if they learned that when presented with eye contact a greeting should follow.

  Cashing out at the self check out on 12/30/22 and twice we need service while other costumers need service to buy the things they/we needed, and we hade to wait 5 minutes both times before the 3 that were standing there chit chatting noticed we need assistance. Horrible costumer service.

  Decent Walmart I usually find what I need and get in and out. Occasionally the checkout lines are ridiculously long and few open in between but still better than college station for sure.

  Was there for pharmacy. I’m disabled and unable to walk long distances, so I used curbside pickup. I called to let them know I was there and was placed on hold. Ten minutes later, they picked up the phone and asked my parking space number, then it took 10 more minutes to get my prescription. The only reason I’m leaving a rating of 2, and not 1, is because the staff was friendly.

  Was my first visit to this location , due to a recent stomach reconstruction I was happy to find several available electric carts as I am unable to walk for long periods of time. When I had issues with operation the employee nearby saw and explained the tricks to keep it operational for the rest of my visit and that was great. There was only a short line at checkout overall a very easy trip to Walmart even with the electric cart so it’s a win for me !

  If your automotive department opens at 7am and there is only 1 technician there and they are not able to service our vehicles then that is FALSE advertisement. You need to have your workers there before 7am because some of us like to be at work ON TIME!!!

  This Wal Mart is ok.. You can tell who is here to work & who are the slackers. Some of the employees are awesome and ready to help others they try to avoid you.😔 It is pretty clean and the bathrooms well kept up if I may say. You can deffinantly tell they love their aggies here. A&M all over the place. I would of gave them 5 🌟 but the managers need more customer service training.

  There is still food here I can’t complain. I found paper towels that will be tissue. Go in the morning and evening different shifts for sticking. Lines were open we were very happy. Stay positive everyone and work together to help others.

  Walmart’s selection of basic attire is starting to feel like it’s lacking. Couldn’t even get a polo shirt. Also, they seem to never have enough registers open and self checkout was crowded. Ugh.

  I love this location!! Everything was so neat and organized. The parking lot is huge so it’s not too crowded. This is just a very relaxed store and I didn’t get stressed out one time. Plenty of registers available to check out. Definitely will be my new Walmart spot!

  Hi, Walmart, do your phones not work? Who is managing this store and why are you okay with this kind of performance? I have been trying to call for an hour. I can reach the pharmacy and electronics, but the phone will literally ring for 5 solid minutes for anyone else before it just disconnects. I am not exaggerating. I am not being overly harsh in my frustration. I have called eight times trying to reach someone and have listened to a phone ring for nearly 40 minutes. There is no excuse for that.

  I do want to say THANK YOU to Cory in electronics who not only answered my call but walked across the store to try and help me find out if my lost wallet is there. Cory is a stand up guy and I hope that a manager reads this and not only fixes the phone answering issues but also gives Cory a raise and standing ovation to go out of his way to be helpful.

  Unfortunately, Cory eventually had to transfer me to the service desk where lost and found is, and I then had to listen to the phone ring for another (very literal) five minutes before the call was disconnected.

  This is very poor performance. Even for a walmart.

  I’m loving the delivery depth. I don’t have a car and I’m disabled. Even though I do miss shopping inside. But the delivery department at Harvey Mitchell Parkway has my 5 stars today. And the drivers are all very kind and confident. Until I hope the door and see a 70lb Pitbull mix between my legs when I open the door. 😆😆 He loves the drivers also because he knows that they brought him his numnums. Thank you Walmart for the best convenience to shop and thumbs 👍🏽👍🏽❣ for the associates in the delivery department. Happy Holidays!! 🌺🌺

  Was a guy a cashier very trendily there he try harder then other people what make me feel more welcome there it’s the this guy was mute but he try so bad to make u feel welcome there I forgot a bag and he come outside to give me the bag what I good experience.. he it’s better then a lot costumer service cashier idk his name but he it’s very nice good job Walmart give a opportunity to work there
