  I did not see the doctor. I had my prescription with me from another eye center and I wanted to order lenses. The man who helped me, I believe his name is Martin, was friendly, kind, patient, helpful and professional. My visit was during COVID and he made sure to wipe everything down before and after each customer. There wasn’t a hint of complaint in all that he did. Thank you Martin! God be with you!

  Great experience and customer service. I definitely recommend this be your first and only stop if looking to get glasses. We Jeanette and she was simply amazing in making us feel welcomed and and just a great spirit. My daughter enjoyed her time and she felt very important. Unlike the other glass store who just want your money and dont really care in helping there customers. Again if your looking to get glasses come here first.

  Good frame selection but be prepared to wait. Usually only one person working even if you’re only picking up your order you may be in for a loooooooooong wait while the one person takes care of everyone. Perhaps Walmart should consider having a regular associate trained to come over and help with pickups or other remedial tasks in these cases. Oh, and the associates who are working here ARE friendly and helpful Walmart is just too cheap to have enough people working.

  I like the Fresh Food and Produce area, although there is very limited produce made available. It’s like walking into a giant cooler. The checkout lines are a huge problem. Self checkout lines, for whatever reason, don’t accept cash. At that point, you get stuck having to go to a regular checkout with only 2 registers open and extremely long lines. As you’re waiting in line you are constantly having to maneuver your cart out of cross traffic. After that line, you go to another line to have your receipt checked.

  Love that they have the double seats in the carts for the kiddos. But I always have my hands full either with the kids, phone, ECT & hate that they ask me for the card & want to physically see it. Probably store protocol, but I feel like a simple yes, after being asked if I’m a member should be enough.

  My family loves coming to our local Sam’s club in the morning. My kids always enjoy seeing produce associate Jen. She always gives my kiddos tips on how to pick the best bananas! They always ask me to come in the morning just to stop by the fresh section to give high fives and hugs to Jen. We appreciate how helpful she is every time we visit. She really makes our visits every time we go!!!

  I live in Belton, and this is one of two Sam’s Club that I frequent. I’ve always been impressed with their stock and options to choose from (variability). I especially love their seasonal decor, that they always tend to have stock of! Great deli and premade section. This location also has a gas station and car wash.

  Cafeteria needs work. Workers are working hard. But today I saw workers holding money with the food gloves on, then touching food right after. Also waited 30 min for food. I think they need to hire more help!

  Good price on fuel. Staff is friendly and the pumps stay clean. They sell bagged ice, lottery tickets, drinks and snacks but the line to pay inside is usually long.

  Most of employees here at this station seem mad and unhappy every morning and seemly everytime I visit. I don’t know what type of cereals they’re having for breakfast, they need to get with company policies. I believe in a business setting no matter what employees are facing one should smile at customer and speak. Corporate Walmart I ask please put employees that want to show a smile and say good morning or, and say come shop tomorrow please ..
