  Walmart had a new staff member in the mechanic shop do an oil change on my car. The mechanic forgot to put the oil cap back on my car and caused my car severe damages to the point it’s not drivable. It’s taken over 3 weeks to even get this car quoted to be fixed. They don’t provide a rental car either so if you don’t have another vehicle, you’ll be having to spend out of pocket on Uber/Lyft everyday to work. I SUGGEST TO EVERYONE TO NEVER GET A OIL CHANGE DONE OR ANYTHING EVER DONE AT THIS MECHANIC SHOP. As I’m typing this, I’m still dealing with the claims department on getting the repair done on the vehicle. Luckily I’ve managed to pull some strings to get my bills paid etc. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND ARE NOT QUICK ABOUT FIXING A PROBLEM THEY CAUSED.

  Really enjoy this Walmart. Never have any problem finding someone if I need help. I go in early and very few people are there. Makes shopping a lots less stressful. Tis the season! Merry Christmas! Just enjoy and remember what it’s all about! 💖🌹

  I’m so glad that I chose to read the reviews before taking my car to this location in Porter’s Neck. I think it’s very unprofessional for a business to do things like this to customers. The young man has been waiting for his car to be fixed for around 3 weeks now and was told that he would be provided with a rental due to the circumstances. I’m sure this guy has a job to get to, has a family he’s supporting and he is left having no other transportation. I now know I’d rather pay more money and get it done right than to ever use Walmart Auto Dept in Porters Neck, Wilmington,NC

  Horrible customer service. Went in at 4:20 to get flu vaccines, Marcy was the one who denied giving us the vaccine, said they were closing. Didn’t give us any other information and had an Attitude. Waited 10 mins for customer service to talk to a manger and then hung up on me. Called the pharmacy, and Marcy answered then gave me a different story said they cannot take any customers at 4:30 for vaccine because it takes 15 mins to process the information. The pharmacy closes at 5 mind you. I am a loyal customer and been shopping at Walmart for many years and never experienced this bad of customer service. This Walmart is trashy anyways and I do not recommend dealing with pharmacy or any of the manager because they are lazy.

  9:00AM on Saturday and not a single register open. We had to check ourselves out with over $200 worth of groceries, and then the register told us it needed an associate to log in. We asked an employee in the area to help us and she said “Oh I don’t work in this department. You’ll have to go get someone else”. Really? How about YOU go get someone to help us instead of just walking away? Customer Service here is TERRIBLE.

  First It’s Walmart, second the guy putting carts away pushed the carts and I had to throw my hand out so it didn’t hit my child. He they said “oh and laughed” but the cashier was very nice.

  The hotel is beautiful but the restaurant food is way overpriced for the amount of food you get much less the quality. The rooms are decent but I expected more from a high-end Hilton. Customer service is excellent. All staff was incredibly nice. The rooftop bar and restaurant is closed which was the reason that we booked this hotel. But it didn’t say it on the website so when we got there we were very disappointed.

  On Oct 24 at 7:15PM, I had to visit Customer Service and later had a order for Pickup. The black gentleman at Customer Service was knowledgeable and provided great service to myself and the other customers in line. When I went to Order Pickup, the young man with the curly hair was very polite and helpful with my order. Overall, I had a wonderful experience.

  it was a great experience until check out round 9:10. lane 12. the guy was really nice but the lady was so rude to my bf he was grabbing a lighter. she got a nasty attitude and rude and said he can’t be back there. it was literally by the register he was just grabbing one and she got nasty and rude. put up a sign next time ! not that serious ! some black old lady ! just cause your mad you got work late it’s not our fault find a new job. i’ll go to another walmart.

  Let me start by saying this, I’ve been coming to this particular location since moving to Wilmington from Pennsylvania. The previous staff have always been very pleasant and very welcoming. I’ve never once felt the feelings that I have had experienced tonight. My three children and I had went to grab items an hour and half before closing. So I do understand that employees do tend to get anxious and impatient due to their shift coming to an end. Understandable, but the discrimination that I had felt and to know that they had assumed that I was stealing!!!! A lady that I never seen before was watching me and had others standing close around to make sure I rang all my belongings up on the self checkout. Feeling all those faces and hearing the judgment from the workers really baffled me! I had to place two separate transactions due to two separate payments. I purchased $120 worth of product and was proceeding to make a second transaction of $140 until I over heard the woman say “ Did she even pay for the other stuff?” I didn’t even complete my second transaction and had one of the associates cancel the whole order. Im continuously spending hundreds to thousands of dollars. I have no need to steal from Walmart. But, because of the racial profiling that this, I guess so called manager, and employees did. I will no longer be returning to Walmart on Sigmon Road. Whoever you have over there is definitely racist she overlooked all the other customers (caucasian) and kept an hawk eye on only my children and I (African American). It was so embarrassing to have someone standing in front of the register watching me ring up. It was embarrassing having 4 OTHERS BEHIND ME. It was even more humiliating to have 2 people on both sides of me!!! One of them being the manager!!! Thank you Walmart company for opening my eyes and letting me see that you are not for ALL!!! I will be speaking to higher up and going to others to express my concerns and let my complaints be heard!

  This store was ok on my scale of what I like about a Walmart store. The arrangement of this store made it a little harder on me about finding certain things. It did however, seem to be well stocked from what I could see and find. The self checkouts were very well thought out, with extra space to set your items, as you scanned them.

  We have been using grocery pickup and had repeated issues with the employees picking produce that are rotten or growing fuzz, as was the most recent incident on some green beans. I have even been told items were out of stock only to go inside myself to find them on the shelf. Today, we got the alert that our groceries were ready for pickup and waited over an hour before I called to find out they “are running behind” with no other explanation. I told them I could not wait another 30 minutes to an hour so please cancel and refund my order. They said they would. It never showed on the app so my wife canceled it through the app herself. Then, we got a message saying the groceries were picked up. We were already home and never received them. We are still waiting on a cancellation confirmation and refund. The entire time I waiting the line continued to grow and employees repeatedly came out empty handed and did not communicate what was holding up customer orders. They moved with no sense of urgency or care. We chose this option to save time. We will not be using them again. I would rather pay more for better service elsewhere or shop myself.

  Kyle at the customer service center helped me with two different returns. One exchanged for a better quality of the same item and the second as a refund. I was impressed with how quickly he took care of both transactions and packaging the items I exchanged. Thank you!

  Today I returned an item and had the pleasure of Store Lead, Michelle assisting me with this process. She was polite and helpful. I will definitely return to this Walmart for my future shopping trips!

  This Walmart is decent in the area. Running low on things because of the holiday. The checkout time actually wasn’t too bad all things considering. Wish they would hire more cashiers.
