Good location over by Petco, big lots and near Home Depot. This location does not have as wide a selection of products as the West Little Rock location, but it’s still a great store. Staff are friendly, helpful and not overbearing. I think the store is going through either construction or upgrades, because a lot of their shelves were empty or being moved.By Neil Greathouse (a year ago)I leased a laptop through Flexahopper on Sept. 29, 2022, it didn’t even work for 2 weeks before I sent it to HP Repair. They took it apart and it is filled with rust so they wanted me to pay an additional $219.49 to fix something I received BROKEN. I am now unable to get ANYONE FROM BEST BUY to help or FLEXSHOPPER. Best Buy is trying to say they do not take returns after 15 days. I have been calling Flexshopper about this computer from the middle of October. I highly recommend this location due to the great customer service experience! Today Taylor helped me pick put the perfect phone! I told him what I like and he helped narrow everything down, from the specs to the performance of the phone! I’ve now bought 2 phones in the past 3 months from here and have had an amazing experience each time! Noah, I believe is his name helped me pick my wife’s phone the first time. It was a great experience working with him as well! Thank you to the Best Buy staff for all the help! PC selection is decent but monitors and other accessories are limited.
Tons of TVs and accessories for them.

Sadly it came with a dead battery which refused to charge(probably because it was in storage for too long). I took the battery back to the store and got a new one with no question ask. They have a wide selection of specifics in electronics and home theater that you can’t find at Walmart and don’t want to have to wait for from Amazon.The employees are helpful and knowledgeable, there just aren’t enough of them.
To get help you must sign up on the queue and wait. This isn’t explicitly clear so most people stand around waiting for someone and don’t know they have to sign up. If they do ask an employee they see they’re often met with a “I’m helping a customer currently” because they are.
Overall a great store! Just need to clarify their customer service process.

Upgraded phones received excellent service better than the phone service provider store and saved money. I went a few year ago and also had a great experience. Two year ago called service providers horrible results took two months to fix. They cut the incorrect line off instead of my tablet and I was incovienced in trying to correct it. Never got any compensation and to only find out they did not insure the phone upon asking during upgrade. So this time I went back to Best Buy and will continue no matter what phone provider I choose next.
The staff is always helpful at this location. My most recent purchase of the wireless mouse and keyboard have worked great.
The entrance was not lit up properly. Very dim but other than that everything else was fine. I went to look for a specific item but it wasn’t available in store and I wouldn’t have been able to get it in time delivered. Everyone was very helpful and I ended up finding a pretty good deal on a present for myself.
Super experience strictly because of our salesperson Myra, she was such a help in purchasing our cell phones, I really hope management at Best Buy recognizes her value and puts her in a position to help teach other employees how to be a top notch sales associate!
