  This is our *only* neighborhood grocer. Started as a 24/7 which was great, but things have changed. Now 6/7 years later they’ve remodeled this thing, due to reasons only *capitalism* can explain, making it the hardest store to shop. They extended the split rows to the length of the entire store, which in no way has helped me spend more money, nor find the goods I’m looking for. It’s been annoying yet, still the store I frequent, and now I find myself there 30 mins before close, and this *rendition* of a Walmart doesn’t even cater to the name brands that have been keeping me coming here for years. I’m currently headed to the Walmart super center to achieve such *name brand* purchases. What have y’all accomplished by ruining a proper grocery store lay out, and removing name brand products. This store sucks hard. Used to be great, now I’d rather head to Harps for all my “neighborhood needs”

  At 12:20, the middle of lunchtime, the deli department had zero hot food in the case, except packaged hotdogs. I asked the lady if any was coming out, and she said no. She didn’t know why “they” weren’t making more, as if it wasn’t her responsibility. Unsatisfactory. Get it together or lose regular customers. I went to Harp’s, and they had a great selection, freshly cooked.

  Neighborhood store that is well stocked.. Produce was fresh and a variety of choices to include organic.
  Deli.has wide selection of meats. Bakery was not as well stocked as one would expect for a store of its size. Have a fair selection of wines and beer
  Employees were friendly and helpful.
  Parking lot slot are very narrow

  New to this store. Great associates, friendly and professional; store was clean and no stock sitting in the store aisles waiting to be put on the shelves. Very easy to maneuver. Restroom was a little cluttered, but clean.

  My only concern was that there were only 3 motorized shopping carts. A fourth was out of order, which of happens. This location stores the regular shopping carts outside, under a shelter beside the store, with the motorized carts inside the store. It is a “first world” problem. Overall this is one of the best Walmart stores I have been to in a long time!

  Not bad for a Neighborhood Market store. Easy to get in and out of and has most things I am looking for. Delivery and pickup have both gone good as long as you’re paying attention to the app for substitutions prior to delivery.

  It was always pleasant there. I have much love and respect for every one who works at this store.

  For the last few days though I have been calling Walmarts various business offices trying to get a copy of my WIPs rent payments. I have the dates of the payments but I can’t get a copy of the receipt to show proof to the divorce judge that not only did I pay my half but that I paid ALL of the bills years.

  Because I am not living n Arkansas I will probably end up having to pay those months of payments to my ex because I should have continued paying with a personal check.

  All that I want for everyone to think about when they are paying with WIPs is that unless you be careful. If you lose the WIPs receipts you are going to deal with a lot of aggravation. You are going to talk to a lot of people and get nowhere.

  I will NEVER EVER use this bill pay service again. In the end it is going to cost me too much.

  The service desk was always slow when I went to pay bills and the majority of times there was one problem or another..

  5 pm but still able to quickly get the things I needed. Couldn’t find pimentos, staff assistance was right there ready to help. Had a little trouble with the self checkout but got the assistance I needed immediately.

  This store used to be great to shop, but it has been a disappointment for the past several months. They are frequently out of very common items. Lately, no Great Value peanut butter, no unsalted top crackers, no gallon size ice cream, and at the last visit, no russet potatoes. They have major stocking deficiencies, and the management there doesn’t seem to think they can do anything about it.
  I have not seen the same issues at Harps lately, or the Supercenters, so this may be store specific.

  Edit 11/16/22- Today, I bought 16 items here. Three items scanned higher than the shelf price, two of them 70 cents higher, and one 10 cents higher. Check your self check screen before you pay, and have the checkout supervisor correct it. No items scanned lower than the shelf price. Might be a good idea to write down shelf prices as you place items in your cart. This store was totally out of gallon ice cream again, among other things.

  Edit: 12/6/22- Today, once again a price scanned much higher than the price marked on the shelf, and I failed to catch it until I had returned home. Need to watch this very closely at this store.

  Really enjoyed the employee in the wheelchair staring at my every move at checkout. I’ve been an adult for 25 years now, never stole. I hope this store gets robbed blind now. Thanks for giving sparky purpose though. This is why people shop at harps.

  This store is aweful I do not recommend! All the produce is like rubber and most is rotten half the time I go in a lot of stuff is expired so please check before you buy! One manager Shelby was very rude and pushed off my question immediately along with a employee named Shelby as well who was so loudly spreading drama about other employees out the salefloor! When I pick up my groceries they always take forever to bring out my food one employee told me it was because no one wanted to bring out my big order for my big family. No one smiles In the store they all are very unpleasant! Bad product bad employee bad store! From some of the other reviews it seems people would agree with me on this.

  9/4/22 Today it was absurdly difficult to get around the store for all the employees (12) with enormous carts (like, the size of my car) getting groceries for pickup. A couple of times an aisle was blocked by two of those big carts. I know pickup is a thing now, but, geez, make it possible for in-person shoppers to shop. It’s not like I was trying to get out fast with one item; I spent $200, in person. Show some consideration for people who actually come into the store.

  9/11/22 Following week, same. Astonishing how little concern the employees have for costumers. Do they not realize that people who are there trying to buy things are the reason they have jobs? They don’t ever pretend to provide customer service any more. SMH.

  Ive used this pharmacy for years but its getting more and more frustrating lately. The first person said the script would be filed first thing in the morning. I come back 2 days later. The rude bald guy shrugged and said it was to be filled by that afternoon. Im here today and have more scripts that were sent in an hour and a half ago, and the lady said it would be 45 minutes which isnt as big because they were about to take lunch. I wish they would rotate lunches instead of closing. This is a HUGE waist of my time on a Saturday. I live out of town and now im sitting in the parking lot and my daughter has a fever from strep, waiting 45 minutes…. at least….
