  This used to be my go to place for produce, but now the quality is not good anymore, where are they getting for example
  Their pineapple, it used to be sweet and it said sweet on the pineapple. They are not sweet and have no flavor, also no dairy products or eggs in store. Very dissatisfied, it used to be my favorite store.

  Not the best place to pick up deliveries when staff is against the wall. They get disrespectful and come out and try to be a hero. Not the place to pick up. Spoke to Diane which is the “manager” of produce and was disrespectful and told me that they were not getting my order because they had 800 orders backed up just sitting there. Which sounds ironic being that it was food. Said the items have been sitting for 6 hours. Some should be careful if they even throw a hose items away or just reran and place them back on the shelves.

  I have never been treated like I was treated in this Walmart. I was purchasing three of the two pound containers of strawberries and made sure to check the prices before I got them. Posted on the too and bottom shelves as well as the big black price numbers on the front of the cooler was $5.44. As the picture shows, the price on each shelve has strawberry 2 (which I assume is the two pound box) $5.44. I did the self checkout and I noticed that I was being charged $7.86 for each of the strawberry containers. I asked the associate for help and she said that she could take them off of my order if I didn’t want them but that was all. I asked her to just look at the strawberry cooler (which was in her sight range). Then, she said she couldn’t help me. It was like I was being a bother to her! Like I was irritating her and taking up her time! There was no $7.86 price posted anywhere close to or on the cooler. I told her that I would get a survey and I would let them know…her words were… “Do what you have to do.” What has happened to common courtesy? I would have been happy with someone having just showing me where I failed to see the price that I was charged, or an explanation. BUT… Just handing over that money, even if it was $7.26 along with the attitude irks me! UPDATE…. Thank goodness for employees like Elaine!! The very next day…… I showed her the pictures of the posted prices as well as my receipt and she said that I was over charged and she graciously refunded my money… even though she was supposed to be off work!! She is what a great employee is an example of!!!

  I rarely write reviews but wanted to make sure the store manager Dean was recognized for his exemplary service. I purchased a 75″ TV online and chose local delivery because I lost my SUV in Hurricane Ian. It kept kicking me back to store pickup when I tried to checkout. I called the store and was given bad information by a clerk that it would revert to local delivery after placing the online order. Of course it didn’t so I called back and spoke to the department manager who basically said he could do nothing. The next day I called and asked to speak to the store manager. To my surprise, he took the call and could not have been more helpful. He set up a time with me to personally deliver the TV with his pickup truck to my house. As fate would have it, I was given a mini-van at the car rental because they were almost out of vehicles so I was able to pick it up at the store. Dean had it in the back of his truck and personally helped me load it into the van. I am absolutely impressed with his kindness and selflessness. He is a true asset to Walmart and I am sure he will continue to succeed. Thanks Dean!

  We were in Hurricane Ian. We lost everything we own and our cars. Family and friends were helping us. I had a coworker give us a $200 Visa card. At this Walmart my mom used it and the transaction was denied. She said she would check into the Visa card and she used her debit card to pay for the order. As it turned out according to Visa the money was taken off the card. This was on October 16th. Walmart told me that it would take 10 days to be put back on. That didn’t happen. When my 80 year old mom went Friday November 4th to talk to someone (a manager) and a worker they were rude and we’re laughing as she walked away. Including the manager! Bad Bad customer service!! She was really upset not only that they took the money but won’t help to fix the issue and actually laughed at her! She shops at this Walmart all time and spends a lot of money! They should be ashamed!!

  Yes the national reports of Walmart fleecing their customers and price gouging at the register are TRUE. So many times I go here and they post a promotional price and charge full price at the register or self serve checkouts. YOU MUST CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. Our Fort Myers Beach area was devastated with loss due recently to hurricane Ian and this corporate behaviour is unconscionable. I selected 2 videos clearly tagged with a promo price of $5 each and was charged $29.73 for them. I checked my receipt before leaving the parking lot and brought them to Customer Diservice where no one checked the display with hundreds of other videos presumably marked wrong and claimed the could not do an adjustment because the “machine wouldn’t let them” a supervisor came over and said there was no one in Electronics to verify the error even though it was a clearly marked PROMO. BUYER BEWARE!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD THERE IS NO BOTTOM TO WALMART GREED in a community that has suffered so much devastation to be victimized this way is freaking awful. I got my debit card refunded in full because I had checked my receipt. This Walmart is notorious for ripping off and gouging our community. STAY AWAY!

  I have been using the curbside pickup app for several years now. This six mile location is by far the fastest and friendliest out of the 3 I’ve used in the area and usually have every item I ordered. I dont mind driving a few extra miles when other locations are much closer.

  I came to pick up one very particular item that is only sold at Walmart. I am not familiar with the store so I asked for help locating it. The gentleman I spoke to sent me to the electronics department. Once there the two associates seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered with me or any of the other customers in the department. When I asked him for the item he pointed in the general area and said if it wasn’t there he didn’t have it. Of course it wasn’t there and when I showed him an image he then said it was in customer check out. He called for a manager twice at my request and none came. I then went to customer service for help and there were several associates but none offered assistance. They called another manager (who never came) and proceeded to speak amongst themselves while I waited. I was never helped and the item I was in search of is for a student of mine. Great reminder of how low the standards are for customer assistance currently.

  So busy on the weekends. Produce department was very empty but not Walmarts fault, produce growth and shipments have been horrible since 2021. Otherwise found most of what we needed, no line at check out and cashier was quick and accurate

  I was at Walmart yesterday and bought a gift card. As soon as I paid for it I realized i picked up the wrong card. The cashier beside me at the self check out said to go to customer service to exchange it. The return lady called the manager and she yelled no returns on gift cards!! I went to explain that I bought the card literally 30 seconds ago and picked up the wrong card. She was extremely rude and nasty and yelled at me! So I’m stuck with something I can’t use that never left the store. No reason they couldn’t have changed it! Ii work with the public and can’t believe how nasty this woman was. I didn’t get her name but she was a tall black lady with dreadlocks/braids. Need better people in charge that have people skills without a terrible attitude. This is the Walmart on 41 and Six mile Cypress .

  This Walmart is like none I have ever been to, Their return policy is ridiculously bad and and good luck finding a manager or anybody in a high authority position. Oh and not to mention, don’t bother calling. You will never get anybody on the phone except the pharmacy.
