I visited this store to pick up an order. There were couple of executives at the entrance who never greeted the customers who were visiting the store. They were busy in chitchatting and checking their mobiles. When I asked a daily about the pick up counter, then she pointed me to the right direction. The lady at the pick up counter was rude as well. She was also busy in chitchatting with the geek squad. She didn’t bother to say Hi or greet the customer. On top of all these things, she started pronouncing my name wrongly and also brought a wrong product. She was kind of laziest person in the store. Looks like she hates her job. I am giving 3 stars because of the product I received from the store.By S H (6 months ago)I love best buy. My budget is mostly not very high. I purchased this tablet. It’s not horrible for a cheap tablet. It does work a little slow but i haven’t had any problems with anything else. Just with some tapping on the screen issues. With speed. But overall a nice tablet. If you like to touch things before buying them vs. buy online, this is a good place for you. Has appliances, a ton of TVs, and a few treadmills. Nice selection of Bluetooth speakers to try out. Staff are helpful.By Katty A (a week ago)The worst! I would not give it any stars, if that was possible. I ordered something online, in the morning about 9 AM, they would not hold it for me so I had to pay for it online. When I go to pick it up with the number they told me to use and I told him what time I would pick it up in the afternoon they did not have it available, they could not find my invoice. My invoice no longer show up on my phone. It was deleted by someone not me list said I would need to get the email notice said when it would be ready. I was not going to go back home and come back whenever. Don’t know why they couldn’t get it from the back room. No customer service help whatsoever had to walk around the store couldn’t find anybody finally and found somebody they couldn’t help and then when I had encountered the problem, they were all standing around talking laughing have a great time nobody was taking care of the customers. Unbelievable unbelievable nobody seem to want to help. Nobody took any interest in the problem it was a true nightmare. Finally had to re-purchase so I could get the product, that was available somewhere in the store. No one even bothered to go into the back room, but had to do a whole new transaction. Hope I am not charged twice and of course this all took a while, not five minutes. Will never ordered anything online from Best Buy again and will not shop at the Y was Tulsa store or maybe none of the stores it was such an awful experience.By Kim Krause (5 months ago)I usually came here to buy printer cartridge, paper, sometimes electronics like laptop and headphones. If you enjoy getting no help from a customer service representative, this would be the place to go. I asked for assistance because I am disabled, my sciatic nerve will move in-between two blown out vertebrae, for me, it means I can’t stand still for 2 minutes and must move to avoid pain. I asked for a customer service agent to meet me by the security cameras (someone is messing with our new SUV), the CRS never showed up, causing me to go find another one, explaining my medical condition, didn’t listen but chose to stand, and did not accompany back to the area I was in, he decided to sling attitude yet again.
We finally found what we was looking for on our own. These C.S.R.’s set amongst themselves, talk to each other and give no help to the consumers. They get paid $15.00 a hour to treat you like they are above you. Do they not know that consumers pay thier hourly wage?By last first (9 months ago)Jesús on the Geek Squad installed my front and rear dash cams in exactly an hour! He was friendly and easygoing from the start, and went way, way above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and got what I went there for! Everything was installed neatly and in perfect working order. I would love to work with this person & team again! The last time we visited to buy a TV and appliances, we were asked about 7 times if we needed any assistance by 7 different associates. That never used to happen. I’d give it 5 stars, but many times they are slow to replenish shelves (especially video games). The website will say they have several items available, and they can usually track it down, but takes 5-10 minutes longer than it should. I also stopped in to get a computer mouse. An associate named Mel stopped me and asked me about the mouse I was buying. I planned on picking up an MX Master for work because my G502 died. He was super knowledgeable and ended up pushing me towards the G502X. The updated release fixed the exact reason why my last mouse died. I didn’t even know the G502X existed. I was happy to find that the closest Best Buy had a Hover-1 Highlander Pro in stock! I went there to get some input from the employees about E-scooters & E-bikes. But before I was contacted by the sales people I found the last adult scooter in-store! Plus, I found it in a slot that said $279!!… I quickly grabbed it, and made my way to the register to pay. I was totally bummed when the cashier told me “no, it rings up as $499″!! I then asked why it said $279 on the shelf, she said ” hmm, I don’t know, do you still want it?
I then asked what the return policy was on it, and she replied “15 days, but if you open it, it will be subjected to a %15 restocking fee”… I then showed her how the box was previously opened, and how the tape had been cut open and the plastic was taken down off the scooter inside. She said “no, it’s new.” “If it was opened or anything it would have been sold as an Open Box item.”I didn’t want to argue with her so I went ahead and paid for it. Upon getting it home and opening the box, I noticed and took pictures of; multiple times scratches, Hand prints and footprints, and the cut in the heat shrink tubing. This was a few days ago, but I’ll try to do a follow up after I talk with the store manager. Other than all that I agree with most of the other comments here. It’s a well built scooter, very fun to ride, but there’s a few small things that I would like to have changed.
I’ve been coming to this location a lot lately after getting a Best Buy card. I’ve always had great experiences with the salespeople in the TV and gaming area. They’re very equitable and efficient. A few times my waits for curbside or in-store pickup have taken a bit longer than one would hope, but again, the employees are always great. Glad this location continues to do well.
Only brand name electronics stores that remain in the area. THIS location has a mixture of awesome department managers, like the guys in electronics and the Geek Squad genius. Regrettably, there’s a middle management boy (he acts like one) with a lousy attitude. When my aunt purchased a very expensive iPad online & the store staff scanned it in error as store inventory. This petulant boy was extremely rude to her while making her officially “return” the online order; wait until the system reset; and then “re-purchase” the iPad from store inventory. He never apologized, and had the gall to be mad at her. Of course she was upset with the store staff’s screw-up, & the fact it took an hour for her to finally get her costly item.
After having a lousy experience with Geek Squad in Lake Geneva, I thought I’d try the Best Buy in Greenfield.
I’m very happy with the service that Manager K. Olsen and staff gave me.
Extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Kris and his staff and I’ll definitely be going their myself for now on.

The staff was extremely helpful once I found someone to help. Wish they were a little more updated on the electronics. I asked a few questions about a soundbar I wanted, and her or her coworker couldn’t really answer me and ended up having to Google it. All in all it was a nice and clean store that actually had items in stock.
