What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Becoming the worst kroger to go to. Went in there for 6 items so i can finish dinner. It took 1hour to get out of line there and when i got in line it was at back of store. There is people walking around everywhere in the back but thet dont want to put them on register when its time for alot of people to checkout. This store really needs a new manager. So dont go into this store unless you grab a cart to start with in the parking lot and also have hour to stand in line. The stores up the food prices for what not to pay people to come in and work then why are prices higher? Then on top of so many people walking out they leave the carts full of food and they sit there ruining the food. So this krogers losing customers and food wasted. Its not good and they will ahow and signaficate loss in coming year. Only postive thing at the store was the customers that did dwcide to stay because qe had no choice was very nice about it but decided they wont be back to that location. Its sad

  2. The most annoying thing about this store is searching for a cart that actually works. A wheel will lock if the cart is taken outside the lot. Unfortunately the lot and lobby are littered with locked and partially locked carts.

The grocery area itself is adequate.

The public areas, though, need a through cleaning.

  3. This Kroger is best around the lunch hour. When I go after work, it’s pretty busy. I’ve always gotten good produce there, and they usually have everything I’m looking for. When it’s busy, produce can be picked over or completely sold out.

Prices are great! I use the Kroger app and always scan my card for discounts.

There are bike racks right up against the building, and they have both baskets and carts for shopping. Baskets aren’t always by the entrance so I have to go ask at the checkout. Carts can sometimes be all in use too.

  4. ⁉️⁉️⁉️‼️‼️⚠️❌❌❌🚱🚷

This place could be better if they hired more staff to clean the toilets, please inspect this area because it doesn’t have proper sanitation 🧻

  5. One night on my way into this store (through the exit of course since they never have the entrance open) I stopped and blocked the doorway because the sheriff lady was arguing with a shoplifter that was holding a bunch of grocery bags full of meat. When he tried running for it and reached the exit I grabbed him so the sheriff could catch up and it took us a while to get him down and it was a pleasant surprise that about six guys standing in the Uscan section ran over and helped us to finally get him in cuffs. When it was just me and the lady wrestling him we fell into that big plastic shoplift alarm/detector on the right side (if you’re walking in) and broke it completely off of the floor. This happened last November and I’m pretty sure it still hasn’t been fixed.

This Kroger is always very well stocked and most employees are usually helpful, knowledgeable & very kind! I love that there is always a good size section of a variety of seasonal items right near the front of the store. & There is a large, helpful, pharmacy. Also, a big cosmetics section, huge pet food & supply isle as well as a variety of personal hygiene/self care section. I’ve been going to this Kroger for over 20 years and it goes above and beyond all other Krogers in the area!

Great selections and good quality come together. The staff is just as good in my opinion. The restrooms were not in the best of conditions but they were still not to bad. The security here seamed to be doing their job. So yeah I recommend it to anyone who wants to see for themselves.

Kroger should be ashamed of this store. Very busy, so there’s a lot of money being spent here, but insufficient checkouts, baggers, stockers. Empty shelves and bins, NO shopping carts at the door. Hire some folks and get it together!

I personally love shopping at this Kroger location. The food is always fresh and the shelves are usually always stocked with what I need. However, when it comes to checking out be prepared for long lines in the evenings. The cashiers are always so friendly and kind but you can tell they need help! Hopefully this location can hire more cashiers soon. On the bright side their pickup service is quick and awesome!

I went Krogering this past Thursday to shop for groceries for Memorial Day weekend. When I got the the register, there was Jasyn. Such a nice person. So mild mannered and polite. He rang up my groceries perfectly AND packed my groceries perfectly with my salad tomato on top. It is so rare that I get such good service these days. And a shout out to Jonathan “The Joker” for spotting a bad lemon, notifying me about it and going all the way back to Produce to get me a new bag. Now that’s GOOD SERVICE. I smiled for the first time all day on the way out. Thank you both!!!!!

Love the place but you guys need to fix the shopping carts. My son fell out due to the safety straps being broken or missing. Also the wheels sound like all the carts are going to fall apart. Please fix this !

I would give 1/2 star if the app would let me. I walked in the doors at 6:02. I bought one pound of deli meat and was well served. At the front all of the registers had very long lines. I checked out 42 minutes after walking into the store. I will NEVER return.

Don’t go to Kroger if you’re looking to get in and out. They have several dozen people in line and just two registers open which is beyond stupid.

They claim no-one wants to work and they can’t hire folks, but the reality is they don’t want to pay their employees a decent wage even at full time(and it takes a YEAR at full time hours to be considered full time now so you’ll get part time pay instead).

The help they have is for the most part good people. But these stores are getting completely ridiculous.
