3 months agoGreat place for a step up in quality clothing. This store is clean, the staff are friendly enough and the prices are, for the most part, pretty decent. I think they could do a little better with variety in their plus size department. I enjoy shopping here!2 months agoSmall & under stocked housewares dept. Was asked if I needed help right away & salesperson tried to be helpful, but not much she could do with a dearth of available products. Not a single cheese knife to be had. I did find something suitable though & added to it from the weird but better stocked Backstage discount dept downstairs. The one thing I found upstairs was priced absurdly high; literally 3Xs more than the item from the actual manufacturers website. Floor manager was able to apply some coupons to bring it down to a reasonable price so I did purchase it, but if I wasn’t in need of a quick gift, I’d have gone to Homegoods instead.a month agoI always love Macy’s, it was my one stop shop for clothing, shoes and household items. Lately the Greenwood location is run down, almost trashy…I would understand that on the weekends but it looks like that through the week as well. Sad to see them going down like that, so many of them already closed. Yet I highly recommend Macy’s st Castleton Mall.3 weeks agoGreat summer clearance going on. The only thing I didn’t like was the bra section was very limited on bra sizes.

Great sales! Huge selection! The toys r us section has stuff I haven’t seen anywhere else.The backstage section is very affordable but name brand items with decent quality. The finish line in Macy’s has better stuff then the regular finish line store. The perfume selection is great for women and men. The jewelry is nice too! The mattress on the top floor are GREAT!

I came here looking for a cocktail dress. Wide selection of dresses and price ranges. Found the perfect dress. The line was terrible. I was third in line and waited about 45 minutes. Cashiers were extremely slow. It was irritating.
