a month agoOne of cleanest fast food restaurants I’ve been in. Ladies working at counter were SUPER nice and friendly! It was slow when we were in and they were cleaning the restsurant really nicely and talking to customers. Will be back!!2 months agoFirst of all, took 5 minutes to acknowledge us at the first register while the manager Cierra and employees are cursing and yelling at each other. Once we ordered, there was no ice in the machine. Took about 20 minutes to get our food. Mexican pizza tasted burnt and poorly made. Chips were also crushed and tasted burnt. WILL NOT BE BACK WHILE VISITING INDIANAPOLIS!a month ago10 minutes to acknowledge my presence in an empty store. another 15 minutes for 3 tacos. Taco was so soggy it fell into pieces when i picked it up. Wouldn’t waste my time here again.3 months agoOrdered tacos with half lettuce and half with no lettuce….. a month agoI ordered the four piece combo and ordered fries for the side and did not get the fries instead I got biscuit and gravy. Three of the chickens were hard like it was re dropped and the last chicken was pale and under cooked. It’s not my first time trying KFC but yesterday food was so bad4 months agoLet’s start off by telling you what I ordered , 3 breasts, 4 biscuits, 2 mashed potatoes with gravy, and two coleslaw. When I received the order I only got half of my order. I called the store, the manager would not give her name, stated come get the rest of the food. I stated I was at work and just to refund the missing items. She stated just come get it and hung up on me. I called back several times and they kept hanging up on me. I called the complaint number, obviously they have so many problems I’m still on hold and have been last 45 minutes. The Hanna store here in Indy is a joke. After 25 times of calling, the store manager was stated to be Sarah. I’m waiting on KFC corporate to return my call.2 months agoThey overcharged me. According to the prices sign, the 3pcs chicken combo is $9.68. I got two of them . Price including tax should be $20.7 I was charged $24.18 . $22.18 for food + $2.00 for tax. Order missing straws and napkins Coleslaw smelled so bad 👎2 months agoWalk in at 9:30 pm on the 28th of July and the girl asked me how I got in, I replied I walked in and by now 2 other people walk in and then she says she would have to ring me up at the drive thru cause she didn’t have any money in the front register. I told the girl that’s fine with me and she asked if it was for here or to go & I replied for here and then some guy starts telling me I couldn’t eat there because the lobby was closed when on the door it says open till 11:00 on Fridays and Saturdays and when I pointed that out his reply was that he couldn’t read. It also smelled like marijuana inside, maybe that’s why they forgot to lock the doors so they would just have to run the drive thru…..a year agoThis KFC always gives me my Diet Pepsi without ice. It’s not even cold. I don’t understand. Where’s the ice?? This has been happening for months, it’s not a new thing.Also, I ordered the EXTRA crispy chicken tenders and this is what they looked like. Nothing like images shown on ads. The pieces of chicken are fairly small too. Sharpie added for scale. Had to wait for fries to cook which is no problem but by the time I got food the chicken was barely warm. This location seriously needs to do better.

They had no problem charging me for items they are out of in the store. And then told me I have to dispute my payment on the app. .. I do not have the app and did not use the app to order.
Not to mention we were completely ignored by staff. They couldn’t offer any solution, and apparently don’t have a manager for us to speak with. What a mess.
The gravy is a solid blob. The chicken tenders are hard and dry. I didn’t get my biscuits, my french fries, or my chocolate cake. And have also not been offered any solutions or a refund.
Rude cashier, the guy in the back grabbed the fries with his bare hands and then acted like I was crazy for thinking he would ever serve that to me as I saw him serve me that same fries he had touched. The cashier told me they don’t like to waste food. I’m sorry but I would love for the department of health to give them an inspection. The food was raw and old. Service was terrible. 100% do not recommend. I wish I would’ve of seen the reviews before I went.
The chicken nuggets are really good 💯 they were hot, fresh and juicy. The pieces were very tasty for replacing the popcorn chicken. The cashier let us have a little sample to try and when they were done with the filling out the order they brought it out to us.
This has got to be the worst KFC experience I’ve ever had. 8/5/2023 at 7:15pm. Who ever is working during this shift needs to be fired immediately. Placed an order for a 8 piece combo. Was told they don’t have 8 pieces of original so I would have to take a mix of original and crispy. Then I wanted two large fries was told we don’t have fries ready right now. Told them I would wait for fries. Waited 25 minutes for the food. Once I got the food, realized they didn’t put in biscuits. Went back on line and was told I have to wait 10 more minutes for biscuits, I can have fries instead if I want. Why charge me for a combo if you don’t have everything ready. Why not bake the biscuits during the 25 minutes it took to fry the fries. The idiot on the drive thru decided to offer me a job application since they are short staffed. I understand if you are short staffed but don’t charge people for food and only give half of the food. Lazy people working at this location not wanting to do the job they are being paid for. Avoid this location like the plague.
The girl who waited on me was great, don’t remember her name but they were busy and she was nice and staying organized. The restaurant was disgusting! The floor was wet and muddy and it hadn’t rained in day’s. It made me a little worried about the food but it was good (minus the hard biscuits) and I didn’t get food poisoning 😁
