4 months agoThis place is amazing! I’ve been to all the little ones and of course the other big one in Bossier. It’s my favorite grocery store not to mention they have so many other things to offer like clothes make up toys the list goes on and on. We’ll definitely keep coming backa month agoMy family and I used to love this store. We live less than 5 mins away so super convenient for us. Recently we have purchased seafood from the seafood counter here but buyer beware. We have purchased spoiled shrimp and now 4 lbs. of spoiled crab legs that also spoiled the rest of our seafood boil that was to be our dinner. Steve, The Store manager told me bring them back in the morning to customer service. This man expected me to let these spoiled crab legs sit in our freezer and then to carry them to the store to wait in line at customer service to dispute the issue. I brought the crab legs to them that same night after purchasing and cooking and the store manager acted put out. I was causing him an issue because I thought with him being the store manager, he could at least at least take them from us, throw them away and refunded us the money. We had our receipt. Anywho, we planned on going back the next morning to dispute the issue but ended up falling ill because of the spoiled seafood and were unable to go back to the store the next following morning. Extremely poor food quality and obviously customer service. We are contacting corporate because this is unacceptable behavior.3 months agoThe new Kroger brand “Home Chef” does not taste good. Just tried the chicken Alfredo and popcorn chicken. I would avoid it. The old brand was way better. Everything else about the store is gooda month agoThere is absolutely no Wi-Fi, this could to lead to a safety problem a heath care incident. IF somebody has a serious Medical emergency they probably won’t get assistance in time. The problem causing this is BAD WIFI you also, on a side note can’t, you your phone to check on family who’s at home waiting,, get Wi-Fi to use your app for your digital coupons. I want to work here too, but I guess their current employees must love it alot, because nothing is ever open!

a month agoKroger pickup is not good at this location. The will say that there are not substitutes for things like tortilla chips, but I’ve went in and there are lots of things they could have substituted in place of whatever brand was out. Also they pick some of the worth fruits and vegetables to give you. Points are because if I’m able to go shopping myself they have what I need, the store is usually pretty clean, and the staff is nice.2 years agoSunday 1/17/2021 11:00 am …THE CORONA VIRUS IS KILLING PEOPLE….WHERE ARE THE DANG-ON MASK PEOPLE.My husband & I stopped there on our way from Houston to New Orleans. The store employees had mask properly worn but the customers were rampant & abundantly walking around with NO MASK. More importantly a man sneezed ALOUD (never coverings his face) as we waited in line at the Starbucks. There was NO ONE insisting or encouraging customers to wear mask. Please consider the danger of being around others who do not wear mask.. #kroger #starbucks
in the last weekAsian food also available.very good.11 months agoWent to check out basket full of groceries, we usually spend 400 a week at this place. And as usual there isn’t anyone to bag our groceries for the 3rd week in a row I look around and there are employees standing around grab asking with each other thinking I’m going to do their jobs I don’t think so won’t be going back to this store again ps watch buying fried chicken to go they will give you the oldest dried up chicken they have so dry you got to eat it in the rain.11 months agoUsually a good experience overall. But they do not train their cahiers. Tiffany is the WORST! Shouldn’t be at customer service if can’t handle situations. Not filthy but not clean either.

Very dirty store, lot and bathrooms.
Several younger employees are extremely rude.
They keep trying to make me join their Card Cult by giving me a form that first states they’ll protect my privacy and then has my full name, address, email and phone number on it fully exposed to the whole world as I snailmail it in to them. Because the internet is just a fad that’ll never last, I guess.
Also, on what planet is it safe or legal to block emergency exits with tables, ever?
I wrote my original review below after visting the store over a three day period and witnessing the chaos. Went in today and they finally finished except for changing the signs at the aisles, but I’ll cut them some slack as long is that is done by my next visit. Changed from a 2 to a 5.
Kroger is currently revamping the presentation of their merchandise. Their execution may be the worst example of management that I have ever seen. Empty aisles hopefully waiting for the new stock, items moved to obscure locations with no update in the app to tell you of the new location, and no one able to tell you where it went.I feel so sorry for the employees trapped in this madhouse.
Unless there’s a miracle, it will take weeks at this rate.
I’ll see you in a few weeks, Kroger if I still remember you exist.

Got home to unload grocery and notice one bottle has been open. I call the store and they just like to answer and hang up the phone.
Mrs. Latonya took my order over the phone. It was for a plain and simple birthday cake. I picked it up the next day and they made it extra nice. Great service
Love their Big K brand sodas. Actually, all their store brand food I’ve tried has been as good or better than the originals (pizza rolls for example)
