2 months agoI see many bad reviews. Makes me wonder if the customers are the mean ones. I haven’t had a experience. Not once. The staff is super friendly, guest services has always approached me with a smile. Maybe some of the rude customers should attempt at being nice once in a while. Rochester residents are a whole breed of assumed privilege… ugha month agoNear to my home. I can find almost everything even medicines. Enough space for parking. Enough counter. Recycling and drinking water purification systems are there. Money transfers and Krogers products are available and are good and cheap. Vegetable and fruit products are also good.a year agoKroger is always nice to shop at. I haven’t been to this location to much but whenever I do go in here I have a pretty good time. Customers are great, employees are great no complaints. However, I was outside Kroger panhandling and noticed a whole bin of rotten pumpkins ???? and a bike that looked DANGEROUS! I was distraught ????! How could anyone ride that bike! Never shopping again! Terrified. Also, had planned for fresh cod for dinner and the seafood counter was closed. I had no choice but to resort to Whole Foods.3 months agoProduce is often mislabeled, for instance the container says honeycrisp apples and all the fruit inside the container is Fuji apples. No support for Android pay or Apple pay. Credit card terminals are slower than most of their stores. No staff is ever available at deli or meat counters.Take your business somewhere that appreciates your time.
a month agoClean store. Very helpful staff, inpharmacy as well as the store. I think fresh produce has been low in many stores, not just this one. Beyond that good experience.

a month agoService desk always seems to be closed when there so cashing lottery winnings is never going to happen or getting refunds. Onions in grocery area literally had thousands of gnats flying. Don’t understand why they even put it out with that issue when it will just cause potential health issues and other vegetables to bread the gnats. Now understand why my friend stopped shopping there when he said the food never seems fresh and spoils quickly.a month agoNot sure what’s going on, but the quality control of their produce (meats and fruits) has been horrible.There’s no reason why meat and fruit bought well before the expiration date should be bad or rancid the next day. We have had to return many products in the past few months because of premature spoiling.

Something I absolutely think is a scam is the amount of self checkout lanes they have vs. the cashier lanes open.a week agoWill not shop at this kroger again. I DO NOT like your new customer survey, I can only enter once a week, but I shop on Aug. 3 time a week, DOES THAT SEEN FAIR?

I shop here weekly. Excellent produce section, bakery, deli,and the fresh meat and seafood counter is pretty good too. Place is pretty clean also. Good sushi made fresh, if you’re in there you watch them make it in front of you
Store is clean. Staff pleasant. I just do not understand why this area does no get a larger Kroger like the ones in White Lake and Commerce? Does not seem fare?
Big props to Adam the team leader in the meat department for stoping his morning project and help us by putting together 2 packages.

Awesome customer service and friendly .
Tells you that they sell fried chicken from 11:00 to 7:00 in store and online but counter is not even open when you show up. Employee proceeds to tell me that they don’t even open on certain days so this would be false advertisement.
Pretty nice Kroger. Plenty of parking, even when busy. Great produce section and I especially like the fresh sushi options!
