What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Kroger is always nice to shop at. I haven’t been to this location to much but whenever I do go in here I have a pretty good time. Customers are great, employees are great no complaints. However, I was outside Kroger panhandling and noticed a whole bin of rotten pumpkins ???? and a bike that looked DANGEROUS! I was distraught ????! How could anyone ride that bike! Never shopping again! Terrified. Also, had planned for fresh cod for dinner and the seafood counter was closed. I had no choice but to resort to Whole Foods.

  2. Produce is often mislabeled, for instance the container says honeycrisp apples and all the fruit inside the container is Fuji apples.
No support for Android pay or Apple pay. Credit card terminals are slower than most of their stores. No staff is ever available at deli or meat counters.

Take your business somewhere that appreciates your time.

  3. I see many bad reviews. Makes me wonder if the customers are the mean ones. I haven’t had a experience. Not once. The staff is super friendly, guest services has always approached me with a smile. Maybe some of the rude customers should attempt at being nice once in a while. Rochester residents are a whole breed of assumed privilege… ugh

  4. Clean store. Very helpful staff, inpharmacy as well as the store.
I think fresh produce has been low in many stores, not just this one.
    Beyond that good experience.

  5. Near to my home. I can find almost everything even medicines. Enough space for parking. Enough counter. Recycling and drinking water purification systems are there. Money transfers and Krogers products are available and are good and cheap. Vegetable and fruit products are also good.

Kroger in Rochester Hills MI: Do’s and Don’ts Every Shopper Should Know

Shopping at Kroger is a straightforward and enjoyable experience. However, there are a few rules and guidelines to keep in mind to ensure a smooth shopping trip for yourself and others. Here are the do’s and don’ts of shopping at Kroger:

Do’s:

  • Bring your reusable bags: Kroger encourages the use of reusable bags to reduce plastic waste. Bringing your own bags not only helps the environment but also makes it easier for you to carry your groceries.
  • Use the Kroger Plus Card: Sign up for a Kroger Plus Card to take advantage of exclusive deals and discounts. Simply present the card at checkout or enter your alternate ID to receive the savings.
  • Check weekly ads: Before you head to Kroger, take a look at their weekly ads to find the best deals and promotions. Planning your shopping list around these specials can help you save money.
  • Follow the signs and arrows: Kroger stores are designed with efficient traffic flow in mind. Follow the signs and arrows on the aisles to navigate through the store smoothly and avoid congestion.
  • Be respectful of others: Remember to be considerate of other shoppers and Kroger employees. Practice good hygiene, maintain social distancing, and be patient during peak hours or when waiting at the checkout line.

Don’ts:

  • Don’t leave perishable items unattended: If you change your mind about purchasing a refrigerated or frozen item, promptly return it to the appropriate section. This helps prevent spoilage and ensures that the product remains fresh for other shoppers.
  • Don’t block the pathways: Avoid leaving your shopping cart unattended in the middle of aisles or blocking the flow of traffic. Park your cart to the side when browsing an aisle, allowing others to pass by easily.
  • Don’t forget to check for expiration dates: Before placing an item in your cart, check its expiration date. Kroger takes care to remove expired products, but it’s always a good idea to double-check for freshness.
  • Don’t engage in price swapping: Avoid swapping the price tags or attempting to deceive the system to get an item at a lower price. This practice is not only dishonest but also unfair to both Kroger and other shoppers.
  • Don’t overcrowd the self-checkout: If you choose to use the self-checkout option, be mindful of the number of items you bring. If you have a cart full of groceries, it’s usually more efficient to use a regular checkout lane instead.

Following these rules and guidelines will contribute to a pleasant shopping experience for both yourself and others at Kroger. Shopping at Kroger is not only convenient but also a great way to support your local community.
