  The pharmacist, Jessica, and her team were absolutely amazing. My boyfriend went to 2 other major competitors for what should have been a simple refill and it took nearly a week for them to finally get somewhere and then they sold out of the medication he needed. Jessica and his team worked on the issue until they got not one, but TWO of the critical medications for him filled and covered on his insurance. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but I do remember Ms. Karen. She is so sweet, and if you get her at pick up, you’re definitely going to get a smile.

  I called to make sure my prescription was ordered correctly to show that I am paying cash (because insurance doesn’t cover this med for me) and I couldn’t even get verification that it was set for cash payment. They said that it’s “too soon to fill” but they literally told me the exact same thing when I tried to fill it the very first time ever. I had to call my insurance myself to find out it actually needed PA, but the PA was denied so I paid cash and thought it would just show I’d pay cash from now on. I can’t help but wonder if history is repeating itself. I called again, and when explaining the situation to the person who answered the phone. I told her that I wanted to make sure it shows I’m paying cash and she suddenly says “she can’t change anything”. She says she is going to check with the pharmacist and then came back and said “the pharmacist said you’ll have to wait..”. I have to wait for someone to tell me it’s not being sent for insurance to pay? No. I have to wait for someone to realize they messed up (again) and then get it fixed. Why couldn’t I speak with the pharmacist? I see other people commenting that they spoke with one but the pharmacist working today seem as though they didn’t want to be bothered. I’m transferring my meds to a different pharmacy once this cluster**** is fixed. It’s quite obvious that NOBODY employed throughout the entire Walmart building is happy to be there.

  I just wanna say thanks to the pharmacists at this store. I fully got two doses of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine here, and the pharmacists here are so helpful on that: friendly and professional! Especially Jami, Shane, and two pharmacists (I forgot their names) who helped me with the registration & injection process. I appreciate all of your help!

  Normally, I love this Walmart because it is well stocked and the staff are always so nice. However, when I went a few days ago, the self checkout charged my card for the groceries I had. The machine did not print a receipt and it did not even register that I had paid. The self checkout host suspended the transaction and sent me to customer service where they had me pay for my groceries AGAIN. Thank god I had enough for the amount again. Then, the customer service cashier told me that the money would be refunded to my card in 3-5 business days. Thanks Walmart 🙄 now my car note is late

  I have frequented this Walmart many times being that I live in the area. Usually my visits to this store is pleasant, but today Sheryl in the self checkout line made us feel completely uncomfortable. She stood over us constantly watching everything we were doing as if we were going to steal. I hate being profiled and it’s sad when it’s another black person treating you like a criminal. I almost don’t want to ever do business with this particular location just because of this encounter. I do very well for myself, so it is very aggravating to be treated less than.

  Walmart auto center is a complete JOKE!!
  They don’t have a shop manager in the shop majority of the time.
  Brought a tire back so THEY could correct the mistake THEY made. After an hour and a half and no call to come pick up said tire, the KIDS ‘working’ brushed it off and never even wrote a ticket. When I asked what happened and how long, the little associate had a bad attitude while saying ‘5mins’ and rudely walking off ignoring the fact I was trying to find a solution.
  Maybe, if the KIDS who are responsible for ‘working on’ others vehicles weren’t so worried about what’s on their phone screen, they would do better at work ethic and efficiency as well as customer service skills. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

  I’m beyond fed up with this location.
  This is the third time I come to get my pickup order from the day before because they keep delaying it. Now that it’s finally ready I’m still waiting over thirty minutes in the parking lot. WORST PICKUP EVER.
