  This store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and ready to help. It’s rarely crowded, since it’s a neighborhood store and not a full one. It’s always clean, neat and they have a decent amount of products available.

  This place needs to just go away. I’ve now lived in two completely different neighborhoods in Savannah that are shorter drives to other “real” Walmarts but since this neighborhood market is closer geographically it’s the default for my grocery delivery, so not only do my delivery groceries take longer because Walmart won’t fix it based on driving time, but I also get to pay the higher Neighborhood Market prices and shop the smaller Neighborhood Market selection. And trust me, it costs more – I’ve now noticed more than a few items that are at least $2 cheaper at regular Walmart.

  Hi,people its the frozen guy i quit because the staff member are racist, there’s a lot of hate , no one help one each other as a team they are yellece on me because i was doing grate stocking at frozen like real pro whit out experience working as a contractor up there ! To many costum they looking at me like iam from other planet they took pic of me they recording at me they trying to make my life imposible for me to quit but the store manager its not eather thinking is the papi chulo from the store when they need my help i was the one runing to help but when i need help they give my back !! They dont have a good también because or there problem they have yellece people !! Sorry people if i did something wrong to any one but i never going back to a place when they have to many discriminación for other people when your not the same color i did my job and iam still going formar whit my live love ya’ll tito

  Do not order curbside pickup from this location. Look, I’m totally cool with delays. They happen! I’ve gotten curbside from this location before and it was delayed by about 3 hours, but I still got my groceries, so no harm. But if you are expecting a 24 hour delay, the LEAST the store could do is pick up the phone. When I ordered groceries this time I anticipated a delay, but I didn’t know how long the delay would be. Online it said that pickup closed at 8pm, so after setting my curbside for 3pm-4pm, I figured I should probably pop in at 7:50pm, around 4/5 hours later to see if they were ready. Nope, 24 hour delay. Had to ask a random employee, and they very were helpful, to answer my questions since no one was at the help desk. This could have been a single phone call, but no one bothered to pickup the normal phone line or pickup phone line. Incredibly infuriating especially when you’re hungry from waiting for groceries.

  Don’t ever do a pick up order here!!! I ordered my pickup for between 2-3pm, I was notified at 1:56 that my order was delayed and they would notify me when it was ready. So I waited… I called customer service, an associate line and the pick up department several times, and no answer EVERY TIME!! Then finally at almost 7pm I get a notification that my items are ready. My daughter goes up to get the other. I check her in on the way, I mark her spot on arrival. They verify that she’s there for my order, and she waits 25 minutes, I had to mark her arrival a second time!! Then when I get home I find out 8 items are missing from my pickup order, that I was still charged for!! Now I have to call Walmart customer service to get it handled! Pickup is supposed to reduce stress, not cause it! I get stuff happens, believe me I do. But don’t mess with people’s time and money and no one is available to speak to. This store just shouldn’t do pickup orders.

  It was a usual visit to Walmart. There are many items that are not on the shelf because of the incident out at sea. I can happily say that the bathrooms were clean which is a major plus in my book. It wasn’t that crowded either and there was only one long line. Overall it was a decent experience.

  Nothing great or grand to say. It was a smaller than normal wallMart but still had all the items you need or want. Store was actually pretty clean compared to so many that I have visited. Products were placed neatly and very well presented.

  Disgusted by the lack of care to have the appropriate number of cashiers available. Workers walking all over the place but no one helping out. Please train your cashiers when they do open a lane, to take the next customer in line. They’ve been waiting longer than those who just walked up to check out. An alternative to properly having enough staff available, reopen the self checkout lanes for those who have full carts.

  WalMart is the store for all your needs on one place! The only thing is their cleanliness and organization has gone down over the years. Also their customer service is not as good.If you want really good customer service go to Publix.

  I checked out today at 3:42 pm. Mona was my cashier. She was helpful and very pleasant. She was that way with the customers in front of me too. We need more employees like her!!

  The store was a disaster. The center isles were lined with unopened boxes, and the tool section was inaccessible. Some isles were blocked off on one end with barely enough room to turn your cart around. Of the two things I went for, they had ONE of one item, in the wrong place, and none of the other. I regret visiting this store. Walmart sure has gone downhill.

  Nice store. Well stocked. Only self check out available when I have shopped in morning and evening. The employees are very helpful to my elderly mother. They will assist or do all the work of checking out for her even when only self checkout available. Thanks to those ladies.

  Unexpectedly found a great deal on a Hoover upright vacuum for $59! It wasn’t excessively busy, so was able to get what I wanted and back out quickly. The staff that I encountered were very helpful.

  I’m completely dissatisfied with my Walmart Auto Center experience today. I had a battery under warranty that needed to be replaced. I waited almost 2 hours to be notified that the replacement was finished. I was sitting in the waiting area, and literally nothing had been done to notify me. If anyone has said my name above a whisper, I would’ve heard it. The area was busy, but I didn’t think a battery change should take too long, so I finally stood up to see if I could see my car, and one of the girls working saw me and said, “you had the battery?” and got me my key that was hanging up. No idea how long it has been finished. I had to miss even more time away from work than necessary.

  I live very close and have been shopping here for 5years. Mostly I keep coming back because of the prices. There are a few areas for improvement-please stock things where they are supposed to go and please make sure the correct price is listed. Whoever does the tags for this place needs help or needs replacing. Most of the time the cashiers don’t speak to you and I have seen some on their phones while ringing up my order. Sigh. I’ll be back cuz I need cheap groceries.
