Doctor’s assistant Ms Bhama been very helpful
    Overall very pleasant experience

  5. I’ve actually get to know handful of people from there so far, and two of them are really humble and do excellent job. They are Victoria and Vanessa. Both of them were quick, effective, and quite helpful. They deserved a reward or any other such minimal encouragement from management for being such polite and good front-liners. For the time being, the new staff members must catch up with them and learn more from them.

A very cozy clinic with 5 star interior and services. Doctor gives good advice and consultation. The MA helps us a lot by checking the patient’s stats.

My mother was infected with covid-19 recently and we searched in the kkm page on where we could get the paxlovid medication in Ipoh. We called a few private clinics and hospitals prior and were given numerous answers including some that were charging hundreds of ringgit for service when we know the medication is free, we then called O2 klinik Ipoh and were told that the doctor would call us back to confirm, we didn’t put up high hopes but to our surprise the doctor in charge called and assisted us graciously. There was no hassle and staff was very helpful to pass the medication to the car. My mother already started the medication and is recovering well. Thank you so much to the doctor in charge and the staff for assisting my mother. This us where we see the cooperation which we are looking for from the government healthcare and private healthcare side. Kudos and keep up the good work!

I called many times but no1 pick up. My parents in their 80’s went to queue for booster for an hour. I checked the closing time of the clinic stated is 10pm. When it’s my parent’s turn to take the booster, the nurse told us system cannot key in after 8:45pm. I am very curious of professionalism of this clinic. I ask if I can make appointment for tomorrow to come back since I am here but the nurse said come back tomorrow to QUEUE. I hope I am hearing it wrongly, this is unreasonable and unbelievable. My 80’s parents who cannot stand or walk for long has hit their limit and patiently waited for an hour, we can accept that your system cannot key in after 8:45pm (although still sound non-sense to me as your operating hour stated 10pm), but I really have no clue why I cannot make appointment for tomorrow instead? Please put yourselves in my shoes, your elderly parents QUEUE for an hour for nothing and not even allow to make appointment for tomorrow. I would say the service is not at par. I hope other parents or elderly do not go through this bad experience . Please improve your service to serve the community better. Thank you!

Operation service in total mess for Booster Dose. Many senior people were queued for walk in and some were with confirmed appointment. Had a confirmed appointment at 4pm on the 1st attempt and went for an hour early (3pm) to queue. The team said confirmed appointment also need to queue together with walk in at the same queue. After 45mins, heard the team talking to each other about the vaccine only can accommodate for 20 people. But we had confirmed appointment, was being informed by the team that the system was unable to key in. (Confusion on the statement). Very obvious they didnt bother to set aside vaccine for those confirmed appointment. When we told the team that we travelled far for it, and 1 of team member said she travelled from Penang for the support here and not the staff here. That’s so unprofessional of answering! As long as you were wearing the O2 uniform and stand at the frontline to serve customer service, regardless which outlet you are with, should show the professionalism attitude. After few debates, the team set another appointment at 9am on another date (2nd attempt), as the team mentioned appointment were fully booked on those dates. On the 2nd attempt, we went early as well (30 mins before the appointment), queued for 1 hour, finally till our turn. Noticed from the MySejahtera that some information was not being filled such as Manufacturer (type of vaccine) and Batch No. Checked with MySejahtera, they mentioned that the clinic didn’t fill in. My mum vaccinated at another clinic for the booster dose, all information were shown at MySejahtera. There is still room for improvement. Well, doctor is friendly.
