a month agoA two story store with many clothing and shoes to choose from. Staff is readily available standing, watching as you shop or they are cleaning/organizing the aisles.When I see a shoe I like I step into the store and see if it’s available. They might have different colors but having the same shoe available to find the perfect size helps.
When the line gets long the cashier’s open many registers and work the line fast. That is appreciated.

9 months agoI was looking around for the first 15 minutes in the store. I then started shopping the aisles for some great running shoes. I was asked by an associate if I needed any help just let him know. I learned while shopping the aisles, I couldn’t really get a good low price without spending a lot so I saw a back wall with shoes that were marked down. There was an additional 30% off of the marked down price. I was able to find the Nike Downshifter 12 in my size and those shoes fitted my feet, too. After all of the searching and researching for shoes I decided to buy the shoes. I workout in them and they are amazing. I haven’t gotten to jog in them yet but once I do I will update this review. Andrew P assisted with checkout. He was very kind and amazing with assisting with me. I asked if I signed up for rewards through Nike if there was a discount and he said yes, an additional 15% off. I was desperate to sign up but the data connection wasn’t great for my phone. Andrew got one of the store’s device and helped out with getting me registered. I appreciate him for that. I also was able to get the %15 off with the purchase. The shoes were initially 54.99 without tax, but after the discounts were applied the total came to $26.23 . Thank you Nike.Service (4)- fast and friendly. It was Friday so I expected the lines to be packed and they were, but cashiers were working fast.
Quality (4) – the shoes I looked seemed to be in new condition. The ones that were on he back wall were questionable but they didn’t seem to have damaged products on the wall.
Cost (5) – the cost was amazing for Nike shoes. They weren’t priced too high or too low. They seemed to be affordable and within my budget, especially, after the discounts.
3 months agoI was a little disappointed cuz they didn’t have a good selection of sneakers this time around, but they had a good sale on the shirts…a year agoThere is so much stuff on sale right now! Frances was a great help.. I love going there always a great experience. All the sales associate are great 👍. Very knowledgeable. This store is very clean. I recommend you visit this store.2 months agoFirst of all I’m rating the store not the brand, I went to this store today, I bought 5 shoes and 2 shirts, they put my stuff in two bags, a bag with 4 shoes and the other one with one shoes and the shirts, I stepped out the door and I realized that I need more bags because it’s heavy so went back and I asked an associate called J.T or T.J to give me some more bags but he refused and said that don’t have enough bags! I’m wondering what kind of mentality this guy has?! Are you saving bags for Nike ? Or just want to show off ?! Anyway, I asked him about his name he just pointed at his badge in a very bossy manner!! Meaning that I don’t care! The bag got ripped as shown in the attached picture! You must learn how to deal with the customers in the right way or just leave the store ! So mean !

4 months agoi ain’t playin w that ttc 2 bones and i’m walking for free u wanna check my id don’t make me gurks u in ya kneee nyeah ehin the last weekNot a lot of selection. There are a lot of staff to help but when I went to go to get help there was a group of them together and one was really loud and singing and dancing and they were ignoring me while they paid attention to this staff person. Then was waiting in line for 8 minutes, while I was next in line but the cashier was stuck helping 1 person. Didn’t call for assistance until after 8 minutes. Then I was helped somewhat begrudgingly like I was a burdena month agoNo service and a lot’s of I don’t knows. As a Nike member I was shocked. Although there was a lot of awareness created for the National Women soccer team, my daughter could not get soccer shoes and further outfit here. Don’t advertise in the store the national team while not selling equal stuff.5 years agoBeautiful store for just to know and not to by, because the prices is more expensive than others stores like Macy’s. But is all organized and clean. There are 5 levels and a nice structure colored glass pendant on top, it’s amazing place.a month agoWhen visiting my family over in America they suggested to come to Nike town while we were in San Francisco and I have to say I’m very glad they did as the store was brilliant it had all the new clothing and shoes in that you wouldn’t find in England and the layout of the store was brilliant – great staff too

This was my first time visiting this location and it was such a cool experience. It was so much fun going to the fifth floor and visiting the Taller De Rafa pop up shop they were hosting there this past weekend! The customer service was out of this world and it was a family owned business that made you feel like family. What an amazing idea in general and experience all around! The atmosphere they created was so immersive and chill, the exclusive screen print designs they had were unique and awesome, and the kicker was getting to print on Nike merch you bought in the same space! Just a 11/10 experience all around and I absolutely can not wait for Taller De Rafa to be back again because I will be back again!
Huge multi level store, latest and limited selection Of merchandise, very busy always. Staff is very kind and helpful. No better place for sports goodies!
A bit of a disappointment. 5 floors of stuff but not many deals. The 5th floor is probably the coolest, it’s where you can customize your Nike stuff. The elevator takes forever here, it’s super slow.
Such kind employees at this location! There were five levels in the store. The 5th level was dedicated to “Nike by You’; where you customize your Nike clothing items! They made sure my design came out exactly the way I wanted, with their own suggestions of expertise. The employees on each floor are helpful to assist you with your needs and are quick to help you purchase items with your Nike Member Pass!
Good collection to try on. Excellent customer service on returns.
