  I typically love this Walmart for its selection and reputation for being well-stocked. During my last visit though, we waited 40 minutes for our online pickup order. The guy in front of us had ordered a car-full of groceries and the staff really seemed to be working hard. I just wish management would do a better job of mitigating how many orders can be filled during a time slot, and not over promise availability and prompt service. I feel like it ends up being taken out on the employees

  Cheap groceries but long waiting lines at the checkout desks.
  A long walk if you have no clue where what is.
  And the use of plastic bags is outrageous. That must be changed!

  Customer service was lacking. Didn’t see any associate to ask questions but the security lady came over in my area to watch. I was in a hurry and was in need to buy personal items to prepare for a long stay in town due to a family emergency that I was running to go and help. So, I understand but I needed help to get out quicker not judged. It was not organized and it was crowded with items everywhere that’s why I couldn’t find what I needed.

  I found everything I needed without a hassle. There was an associate stocking spices. He saw a young woman looking for a spice and asked if he could help her. Long story short, she was shopping for her mother and didn’t remember. The associate asked her to call her mother and he spoke with her to try and find it for them. I have never in a walmart ever seen anything like this and when she was done, he politely told her to have a great day and Happy Thanksgiving. He then turned his attention to me and helped me find what I was looking for. Above and beyond. The best customer service I have seen in forever!!!!! I wish I could remember his name. The date was 11/22/22 between 3p and 4p. He was exceptional.

  The reason for this review is due to a wonderful customer service rep, I believe her name is low( Lo). She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. During the entire time that customers started to pile up,(my fault) she kept a very calm and positive.

  It bothers me to go to a place seeing people spending hundreds of dollars and they only got two or three cashiers open. You have more people walking around picking groceries for other people than assisting the people that’s in the building. I heard some employees possibly district managers tell it a store employee that they getting ready to move items around again. If they will stop moving items and just keep the shelves with food they probably could keep more employees. Both self checkout lines were long. It’s time to start shopping somewhere else!

  Waited 20 min in line at the service desk. Once it was my turn the woman was rude, had no people skills. Didn’t get a thank you. Couldn’t read her name tag. Told the manager, all she said was I’m so sorry. Employees walking around the store texting. Sam Walton is flipping in his grave.

  Amazing prices, horrible customer service. That should be Walmart’s motto. It’s 9pm. There are 12 lanes but only 1 open. 1 side of the self check-out is closed. The other side of self check-out is only for card payments. It is December 1st. Peak holiday shopping season. Walmart couldn’t care less. Worthless customer service has become synonymous with Walmart.

  Nice store, clean. Wish stock was kept up better, I’m sure it’s not their fault. I was refused help..being q 65 yo. Disabled woman with 2 buggies full..no one would help me get to the car.you gal qt customer serve said she did not have any cart boys to help Nd went right back. To not being busy…talking to another employee.

  Shopping here the day after an attempted employee kidnapping by 2 masked gunmen, I knew what sort of danger I could be getting myself into. I was shocked to see a nicer, cleaner, better stocked Walmart than the store I normally go to 5 minutes from home and felt safe at all times. Will definitely return.

  I saw some much needed improvements in areas and opportunities as well. Overall I was fortunate they were in stock on majority of my grocery list. I have no reason to speak negatively about the visit. I only shopped the grocery this day.

  Overall I’ve had pleasant experiences with this location. They recently updated their closing schedule so that a cop will turn people away once they’re closed. I really enjoy the updated closing schedule. It allows those who get out of work at 10:30 PM, or have something come up, to grab a quick thing or two.
