This Best Buy is terrible very bad management, I don’t know how it can have 4 stars. I was looking for a Monitor and I asked an employee and he answered that they don’t have it when he didn’t even look to see if they had it before giving an answer. By chance I found 3 monitors that they supposedly didn’t have… Talking to a Manager was like talking to no one because his response was “I didn’t see it, I can’t do anything, I’m sorry for the inconvenience”… after that I had been waiting almost 4 months for them to tell me fix my phone and honestly it’s worse than how I gave it to them. (At least they were sincere, they accepted the error and they looked for a solution) I want to thanks Jorge and Nick for their good service, the only good thing that happened here.By Rodrigo Rodriguez (8 months ago)Only one cashier on a Sunday, but they had two staff greeting people. The person before me had an issue, so the wait was long, and no one else opened. When I worked retail, we were trained to call for assistance if we had an issue, so others don’t have to wait. Bags are ten cents each? I did not see signage for this, and they had to ring me up again for a bag. They are also blasting music over the intercom. I get it, trying to appeal to youth. The cashiers lie on customers and managers don’t listen to customers. I try my best not to shop with Amazon however the customer service is better and Amazon listens to the customer when you have an issue. Best Buy your days are numbered with the way you are running shop. I saw at least 10+ employees socializing then on top of that rude like you are disturbing their play time. I will never purchase here again as I am out of my time and gas as well as the item I paid for and was refused by the manager on duty Jerry. He was to busy telling me to “GET OUT” oh his store. They kept the item and refused me a refund. Now I’m out of $61.59 and then only to be yelled at and told to get out of the store. Amazon would never. Brick and mortar stores will be a thing of the past as no one should have to be treated inhumane. Your employees are as good as the manager so I understand why I was treated like I was inconveniencing all of the talking, and playing around in the store. Excellent customer service; you are made to feel welcome as soon as you enter the store; I have never had to go looking for an associate for assistance; someone is always accessible, no matter how busy the business is. There was a guy tan skin glasses short sandy brown hair helping my mother. He’s a geek and he acted like my mother was annoying him. She was shopping for a monitor. We are not even sure if he gave her the best options in the monitors that were there. He wasn’t friendly. I mean terrible customer service. He was strictly about the business. Then there was this white guy with a bang hair long in the back wearing a white button up short sleeve with a black tie and he was racial profiling me and my sister and he kept looking at us while we were observing the items! If you have self respect spend your money where you are treated with respect!!!!!! AGAIN, VERY RACIST AND PREDOMINANTLY WHITE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!!!!! Look at most of the white people who wrote reviews for this location. Most of them gave high ratings!!!! Big box stores are not my usual place to shop because I like supporting the small business owner.
This Best Buy was really good. Four salespeople asked me if they could help before I got to the back of the store.
They had a great variety of everything and now they sell grills.
I had the good fortune of being helped by two exceptional employees who answered all my questions, were knowledgeable and non pushy!
I encountered a Geek squad representative that had me waiting when there was no line, and didn’t even acknowledge me to find out if I needed service. Finally when he addressed my issue he misinformed me. Shortly after I was greeted by a Best Buy employee who promptly provided me the necessary service.
My fiancé and I went appliance shopping a few weeks before Presidents’ Day and had the opportunity to meet Joe Vincent from the appliance sales department. He was incredibly helpful answering all of our questions and had a very calming personality. We then decided to go back to Best Buy for their presidents sale and was hoping Joe was working that day. To our surprise, he was! He was able to help us again and we bought three new LG appliances from him. He showed us more possible options and better deals as well. He is very knowledgeable about his job and answered our many questions. My parents came with and they said that when they are looking for new appliances they will ask for Joe next time too. Joe was incredibly helpful, professional and has a nice, calming, easy going personality that made expensive appliance shopping very enjoyable! Thank you Joe!
Misleading. Promo trade in value was a lot higher than what was actually offered because the person helping me said that I qualified for $800 value and as it turns out, I qualified for less than half and they conveniently didn’t mention that.
Now I can’t even trade back to my old phone because they would charge a return fee apart from the accessories that I bought, screen protector and the case, etc. Which means, I would lose a couple hundred at least either way.
I can’t believe they would do something like this. Don’t trade your phone here, they will scam you!
Great customer service. There prices on somethings aren’t as good as others.
The geek squad that is on site is excellent at being helpful.
