  Horrible Store…some of the employees are just horrible..no customer service..only self checkout most of the time..no assistance available..instead of walmart it should be called SINmart..this store proves Bible prophesy to be true..Walmart owner and management better study the Bible for direction and revelation!

  Be VERY careful when going to this store. When checking out the prices are more than what it says on the shelf. The last few times I went I took pictures and showed it to the associate/manager so they could adjust The price. It takes forever for a manager to come to the front of the store to even do the adjustment. If you are paying for your food purchase with EBT/SNAP and you know that particular food(chips and a smoothie) are covered.. but it’s making you pay for it using a diff. Form of payment..you have to have a manager override it. Their excuse is they “don’t know why it’s doing that”. The staff here are not helpful at all and are rude when you do ask for their help. They will watch and follow you around the store but NEVER ask how you doing or if you need help finding anything. The times I needed the price adjustment the associate/manager acted as if I was bothering them for doing their job. I feel there are enough associates here..however, most are stockers and not enough are cashiers. I went to this WM b/c of its convenience to my home. But, now I don’t mind taking my service elsewhere.

  I shopped it Walmart on Alamance Church Road today. They had everything I needed. Which most supermarkets don’t carry lint rollers for clothing, bird seed for my cockatiel, and one of my favorite snacks brownie brittle with chocolate chips. It was easy for me to go in and out our self-checkout. Thanks for moving to our neighborhood

  Pharmacy is horrible, my medication cost 115$ a month go today for less quanity and get told it will cost double, because they are on back order of the actual medicine. I asked for a generic and get told I only have 1 option… lose of business will be coming for alot of people if this is what they will look forward to

  This location has horrible customer service. When I call to ask a question no one answers the phone; ever. I called 15 times one day and let the phone ring at least as many times, with no answer. I even tried pick up. The only people who answer their phone is the pharmacy and then when they transfer me; still no answer! This is completely unacceptable and needs to be remidied as soon as possible!

I loved that they were so aware of our needs and had the best attitudes and real humble and beautiful people. The also was a young lady who was stocking up the cheese’s and I had been looking for a specialty cheese 🧀 Hoop cheese. She had never heard of it but was sincere in her attempt to assist me how ever she could. She had a great spirit and smile 😊. Very nice people all around. Can’t wait to go back. This the very best Grocery store in Greensboro and the surrounding area.

  I visited here 12:50pm on Friday afternoon after leaving a dentist appointment across the street. Parking was easy and simple. I didn’t get a cart initially because I only planned to get two items… I fooled myself lol. It’s Walmart. When do I ever only get what I come in for, lol. I had to go and get a cart. This process is not pleasant. I had to go all the way to the checkout registers to exit and then come back in. Nonetheless, while not convenient, it wasn’t *too* time consuming.

  I’ve probably been here *maybe* once before several years ago but I don’t live on this side of time, so this definitely wouldn’t be a place I go regularly. I figured it’d be easy to stop here since I was close. I got all the items I needed and more, lol. They only have self check out with 12 registers. There was a staff person in the area. No issues really. I will add that it was pretty cold inside. The heat was on and it felt amazing when I walked past the events.

  A very good small store for everyday use . Well maintained , employees were nice , restrooms are clean, ample car parking , location is spot on. They don’t have large collections of items and don’t expect compared to super Walmart. But this is good store for quick and everyday product shopping. Sore pickup is available , multiple kiosks like Redbox are available. Will recommend this store

  The produce looked fresh. Other stock was running low but they were re-stocking. Employees were VERY friendly and helpful. Checkout is self-check with an employee readily available.

  Good loation, variety of items but was little empty.i guess it was stocking time maybe thats why. I liked the idea of how they were regulating the outside air where there refrigerators so its not too cold like it usually is at walmart especially with kids. Great customer service
