The night manager was terrible, I watched him talk and laugh while his staff in the computer department (who was magnificent by the way, even under pressure she kept it together and handled every customer with class) struggle with 8 customers by herself. I chose to test the manager to see if he would help her and he definitely did not let me down, he did not try to help and put the blame elsewhere for being short staff. And yes I watched for 13 minutes observing the story before I asked her “the computer associate” to call the manager over. He definitely needs more training in leadership and accountability, especially me being a customer with a corporate account

    Amazing store! Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Went in today, and while they didn’t have an item on stock, I asked one of the workers there, and he checked in the back. Sure enough, there were still some left. You’ll leave satisfied with your purchase for sure!

    New floor design and lots of tech products. Etc etc. Before you go into this store download the pay app. Scan your products and pay directly from your phone.

    Otherwise, you’ll be like me and my bro standing first in line, waiting for one clerk to process the people in front for what seemed like 20 minutes until the next clerk to check us out.. that’s not right in any store any place or anywhere.

    Tried to purchase soda stream refills. Was told they couldn’t sell me new cylinders at a discount… It’s literally the business model of the product. Buy cylinder, use cylinder, return it for a $15 discount off the next cylinder purchase.

    Wouldn’t be writing a review if they just didn’t know. I was calm, cordial, and tried to explain. Customer service and their manager were exceptionally rude and treated me like I was trying to scam them.

    Went to Target. Didn’t have to say a word. Just slid them the old cylinders across the counter and they sold me the refilled ones at the refill price. Took 2 min.

    I can’t believe that this best buy give you false advertising that’s the case that I was going to buy because it says $14.99 but when I got to the register it was saying that it was $28.99 the cashier didn’t know how to give costumer service, and I explained him that there was more cases where it says $14.99. He didn’t bother to go check or to moved it. Just with his reaction it was clear that employees of Best buy likes to give false advertising. I always had come to this best buy but after today, it disappointed me.

    The store was clean and well maintained. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because walked around the store, but was never asked if we needed help with anything nor did we see any employees walking around to ask them a question we actually had about the PS5. I did appreciate that the store still had hand sanitizer for use around the lighting and house security cameras since it was more hands on displays.

    This is the Best buy that had the things I had looking for although Best buy doesn’t have all the products it used to because most if not all the good products are out of stock, misplaced and really hard to match the prices shown and even the staff were puzzled to find the prices didn’t match the product. For some reason Best buy has less staff than before and really hard to find when you need them so I’d suggest to do your research at home before going to any store.

    Store was fine except difficult to shop by type of item wanted as displays are arranged by the manufacturer or Brand. If you go to Best Buy on a regular basis all the stores are this way. Parking sucks, very confusing and it’s only 1 hour free and no validation past that time. Best Buy used to be great but now they just want to sell TVs, Appliances and no name Smart Home devices. It was clear they would never be the same as they used to be when they started selling stuffed animals.

  1. Staff here were helpful and friendly.
    Especially the guys at the computer section. They are knowledgeable, but double check yourself cuz one guy gave me a slightly different product and I realized at home but the return policy is good. Check yourself.
    Its hot in the parking lot so park near the trees by the road or youll come back to a hot hot car.

Walked in to go the Geek Squad which is found within Best Buy and while I waited for my IPad to be worked on I strolled around and did some windows shopping helpful sales reps greeted me and answered all of my questions and left me alone to continue my window shopping.. I had a great time …. Thanks Best Buy 🙂🙂🙂

Geek Squad tech or whoever he is Michael Hernandez is terrible. “Supervisor” he says denied us to get a computer checked and argued with us to purchase a new computer instead of helping us fix the problem. Complained about his team being backed up and that they don’t have time to service us when we just wanted to drop off our computer for service. We pay for geek squad and this is how we get treated? Best Buy do better and better train your associates to not take their frustrations on their customers!!!! This won’t be the first time I make a complaint about this employee.

  4. This location was nice, not very busy when we went. They had what i was looking for and even price matched my item with a cheaper one i found on amazon. I would have done 5 stars, but the staff was just blah. No one greets tou when you walk in and past the loss prevention worker, no one offered to help me find anything or asked if i had any questions when i was debating between two items. Just no real customer service anymore. 🤷🏼‍♂️

  5. I really like Best Buy for the awesome deals they have. I really needed a ice machine and no one else had one. On the hopes that Best Buy carried them I headed on over. To my surprise I saw the only on the shelf but I soon 😂 inside at the $699 price just did me in but I decided to hunt down someone who could help me find out if they had a less expensive unit. I spotted the gentleman who seemed to know his stuff caught my eye, I was in hot pursuit. I told him $600 was too much and did they have a less expensive item? YES! he did. Finally he brought out the $100+ ice maker and I was so 😁. GREAT DEAL!!! Thanks Best Buy! Now I have more ice then I know what to do with.🌬️🌪️☃️
